Well i just checked the website and the design is good.
But i would suggest you to hire someone here to make a good Thread design.
Because as it is now it is not attractive, and btw isn't 5% Fee on Each Order a bit high?

The fee is 6.5% or at least that's what it showed me when I selected btc to PM.

In regards to the site - Looks nice but there seems to be a bug on the FAQ page. When I went there initially all sections was 'open' or expanded but when switching they all closed. I fyou then click on one it does not open again, see image below.

Well i checked from Perfect Money to Bitcoin and it is 5%
While exchanging from Bitcoin to Perfect Money seems to be 6.5%
Yeah their website is a bit buggy especially in FAQ, but i just checked i am not going to use it.

Simply and easy to use service. (I wait for something like that for PayPal ;) )
But at the beginning you should to offer 0% fees - like usually do other exchanges. I know that it is difficult, but this is the best way to bring new users.

The site is looks pretty good, well I can't find company address and team profile, like who is the owner and the team, still little bit doubt to use this site.

Are you planning to accept other payment modes as well like Skrill/PayPal/OKPay/Payza?

For sure all of this payment processors in one place will be very attractive, but i'm sure that it is not easy to pass law barriers to do this..

Law barrier? There aren't any barriers for Perfect Money? Also, if OP finds Skrill, Payza and PayPal reversible, OKPay shouldn't be tough to add as it's irreversible.

do you support PayPal ?

I will answer in the name of Makmak1 - JUST READ OP! Ofcourse every service like this is supporting PayPal, but with Bitcoin it is not working! Good luck!

That's a nice site. A little bit more information wouldn't harm though.

You expect users to sent you money, but they can't contact you properly. No contact info etc.

For your own business it is mandatory you give users this information...

First off all this is not a new service at all .There are more than 50 reputed websites offering the same services .Tell us something special you have to offer like free escrow or free escrow on first 10 trades .This market is getting quite saturated if you want you can have a look at localbitcoins or bitstamp.

You seem to be honest but don't forget a lot of people try to scam other people.

The more you invest for trust and security, the more people will join your service.

Neat clean design and overall functionality. I read your FAQ and it is very minimalist, don't you think you should include some basic info about fees there?
I want to know beforehand how much conversion fee will be. Also it would be awesome if you could add PayPal to BTC conversion, can it be done?

is this a generic script I saw one script with this kind of script I just don't remember the name if this is so then you will need a lot of testimonials and a good one to differentiate your site from the others..

website looks good, but admin might want to consider adding more coins for exchange beside bitcoins

Why cant we ourself transfer bitcoin to perfect money ?

The design of the website seems good enough but don't you think that, 7% charge is way too high as fee on each order ? You will definitely need to low down your fee or there are other exchanges running to compete in the market .

as a newbie exchange service. the OP must lower the exchange fee to attract more users. even I think you should Offer free service for one or two month to gain regular users and costumers. that's what every new company and services do. there are lots of service available with lowest rates and charges. if you don't work on it no one will use your service.
Start an affiliate program to generate well costumers.

If you exchange for 2 to 3 percent fees, then you can get loads of exchanges. Several exchanges are charging only 2 % to exchange from Perfectmoney to BTC.

Remove all above Service Up (bumping) messages.. this is the rule of forum. remove previous bumps for posting a new bump.

and I like your exchange service. but It would be great if you include more payment sources. specially webmoney and Payza.

I like the convenience of getting paid for my work, fast support on chat, earn from lending, trade with other crypto currencies.

And you must add okpay,skrill,paypal,neteller too. Because there are many people use them. And you must becareful with reversible payment are skrill,paypal and neteller. It is just my feedback thanks. Good luck

I agree, please consider adding new payment providers. If you want to grow off-course. Accepting on just a few makes your services ignorant to the fact people have money spread over multiple parties these days.

i think you must add another payment method too, are like skrill, okpay, neteller, and with low fees of course. and i think you must add another coins too.
