only website hits, nothing like this is safe with adsense but it works with others

It works for most websites, it just cannot be used to access links that have been shrunk, only direct links

Yes, you can either get traffic from a specific set of counties or worldwide, completely your choice, to get views from usa and uk will be a bit more expensive though
