No, it's that it's not worth it. BTC are generally cheaper on BTC-e, so you would have to give some sort of discount to make it worthwhile. The whole "you first" thing probably doesn't help either. I know gox codes worked but have never used btc-e code, I'd rather get the code make sure it works before I give gox which I and many others know works instantly EDIT: and that doesn't seem to make sense except that it's harder to get direct USD into btc-e Withdrawing via code has no fee, but withdrawing BTC has a fee.
