you can not log in or can't withdraw?
if you tried to change some details on your account, like password, mail... i think that  you must wait 48h for withdraw after changes.
Do you try to change pass?

Hello, i have problem with BTC-E i just used today AirVpn, and connected to my BTC-e.com account and now i cannot withdrawl my money! what should i do ?
i contacted support but no answer!

Error i got is:
Denied for your account. Contact support.

The title is probably a little misleading as it has not been long since contacting support and not getting a response. I understand it is probably nerving waiting but just keep trying, if the funds in the account are rightfully yours then you will have no issue getting them back. Try again and good luck.

Out of curiosity, did you happen to deposit any amount of illicit funds (eg funds that can be traced back to some kind of theft and/or hack and/or something similar)? I know that btc-e has intervened a number of times when people have attempted to launder stolen BTC via their exchange and appears to have returned the BTC to it's "rightful" owner

The reason I asked was because I thought the specific error message you received was interesting and was speculating that they might give that error message when they suspect that stolen BTC was deposited.

I might suggest that you contact your bank to see if anything can be done on their end, however probably not considering that most exchanges are only going to want to accept deposit methods that are difficult to reverse.

find a reputable user here, transfer the coins to their account and make them try to withdraw
if it doesn't work - the coins will be returned
but this has to be someone who would not be interested in stealing 30k$

Umm... Upload an image with better quality/resolution?

Could be that they're implementing some AML/KYC stuff, recently. So they try to make sure that larger funds don't have weird origins. Just give them a proper scan of your passport and you should be fine. :)

There are clear warning appear when you choose wire transaction deposite:

"Before send a first transfer upload your verification documents (passport and utility bill) to ticket https://support.btc-e.com
without your documents bank may refuse your first transfer
Details of Payment is mandatory field.
Without correct Details of Payment we can't credit money to your account.
Funds will be credited within 5-10 days.
We don't accept international wire transfers from US Citizens or from US Banks
All transfers from US Citizens or US Bank will be refused by bank"

Did you read it before sending money from bank?
You didn't verify before transaction and i guess they want you to do it now.

Im surprised that someone who supposedly has 162 bitcoins on btc-e hasnt taken the time to read that nor wait for the official reply from btc-e, instead come here after a few hours of sending his ticket, it just seems weird to me.
