Prohashing is my first thought, most of the remaining, reliable Multipools don't convert to BTC.

Did you already try the instant sell option Cryptsy provides? This way, you
- don't have to meet the minimum amount (like Coinking requires),
- have more pools to chose from
- can select what to sell / what to keep in case some coins are currently undervalued and you expect a better exchange rate soon
- aren't dependant on working cron jobs / active support in case of problems like you experienced at CK

Sorry if that wasn't the reply you expected, just wanted to show an easy to use alternative.

The real problem here is cryptsy.  Pools that use it or individuals are all having problems actually getting paid.

Unfortunately there is no real alternative to Cryptsy. Bleutrade (provides an instant sell feature, too) delisted a lot of coins, Bittrex and Polo don't support enough typical mining coins.

Give https://www.ltcrabbit.com (https://www.ltcrabbit.com) a try.

Payouts are done in LTC, which is quite stable and easily exchangeable to BTC.

I know it's not a pool but have you tried Nicehash? (https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=gstarted)

My completely unscientific testing suggested it gave good results.

Seems there are currently some problems with Multipool.us https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=167635.5560

See my sig for links to the pools thread etc...

The multipool.us admin is not much of the responsive type, but issues do get resolved. I've stopped using them now due to the problems at cryptsy. Most of the mulitpool.us coins are only tradable on cryptsy or exchanges with high minimum order value sizes. I multialgo mine on zpool.ca now and am amazed at the BTC returns. I've had no issues with using BTC as the payout currency, but I'm yet to pass judgement on using it to payout in alternative currencies.

Why do you guys need an instant BTC conversion of the altcoins? I'm collecting them (mostly established ones like NOTE, MEC, FLO,...). When the recent price drop is over (or the coins get pumped), you'll get much better rates than now.
7000-9000 sat/MH/day, I remember in spring/summer when the rates were about 20k-30k sat/MH/day.
