I thought they meant ZipZap. I found out about ZipZap last week when I tried to use BitInstant. Somewhere between BitInstant, ZipZap, MoneyGram and CVS someone screwed up my name. From this screw up no one could fix it, with out me starting a new order, I wasn't about to do that from my phone. Someone posted a link in IRC. to ZigGap, took a look, and I'll give it a try next pay check.
