Someone take this video and add YOUR MOM! to the very end.  Then I'll be impressed by how massive your mom actually is.

I know this picture! The first time I saw this on a video and I never realize that we are so small as planet in our solar system.

Also there other facts that most of the people still don't know it... Like, our galaxy is only 20% explored! Can you imagine what we could find in the other 80%? :)

In our universe who is 13.5 billion years old, there are more then 100 000 000 000 galaxies. Maybe we make a great leap in internet and technology, but we are far away from the other things like speed of light ship or hibernation.

Our galaxy is not explored at all!  0%!    ;)

Excellent video!  Can I put it on youtube as the ultimate mom putdown?   :P

yup we have only guessed what our galaxy even looks like..
no way to know unless you leave it and turn around and snap a picture.

the best (furthest out i think) picture we have taken was by Nasa when Carl Sagan asked Nasa
to turn Voyager around and snap a picture of the earth just as Voyager was leaving our solar system.

Carl Sagan called earth, in this photo from Voyager 1, a “fraction of a dot,” a bobbing speck in the oceans of the universe.
