I had a payment reversal on money from a friend.I've heard that PayPal will reverse payment even after weeks if the wind blows in the right direction. All the more reason for bitcoin. Try the IRC OTC channel for buying with PP. Cannot buy large quantities, but its a bit more reliable than most other PayPal offerings. @rising PayPal will not allow chargebacks on Physical goods that have been delivered with a tracking number. If you want a workaround to avoid chargebacks, sell a $1 physical item for $1+MtGox and wait for the tracking number to state delivered before sending the Bitcoin. |
