Collateral: This account & $8.50 on PayPal until I pay you back. I can chargeback & cancel it so you know I can't steal it back.

Your newbie account is not worth the amount you are asking
Paypal accounts can't be used as collateral since it can be returned to the owner through social engieering
Try to offer other form of collateral

They are not legit collateral! Just see your feedback and you will know that!

If you have fund in pp , why not just  buy btc , of course not  in bitcointalk currency exchange section , but can try in virwox or by friend.

Cancelling a Chargeback immediately after sending payment does nothing to protect the buyer against you claiming your account was hacked during the time of the transaction and charge-back.

Your account is worth nothing, and your collateral is not valid.
