If no one in those countries had heard of Bitcoin, this would be a much smaller network. It's relatively easy to convert BTC > EUR in any EU member country via mtgox. I'm aware that only a few of the countries you listed are in the EU. In those cases you would likely have to find someone locally, which also isn't too difficult. So you can buy a certain amount of bitcoins with USDs on your end and send them to a recipient in Europe. The recipient can then cash those bitcoins out using an exchange that offers the currency that the recipient prefers to use. Britcoin offers the ability to convert Bitcoins to GBP, for example. Gox and Bitmarket.eu are painless and fast. But only Greece, Italy, Bulgaria and Slovenia are EU members, so concerning the other countries in the list, there would be some large transfer taxes for overseas wire transfers.
If there is some form of BTC exchange established in those countries it would be easy for you to send coins and the recepient to exchange them locally. |
