There is deposit bonus of 2000 mBTC if you load your account with bitcoin. I did not see anything more.

Site looks cool, but I found some parts are missing: for example look here https://www.oshi.io/games/table (https://www.oshi.io/games/table) Every picture is missing.
If something as trivial is not functional there might be more. Some tests are needed.

Op stated that this is beta version. But he also said that it is fully functional product. But with amount of small bus and things site is missing I would wait before I deposit my BTC.
For now I am gonna test if test play option is working fine.

I think it is usual thing that it needs few minutes to load a game at thr first time in a new casino.

@OP : Do you have any no deposit bonus to try your new site, I think you need to offer it with xx wager requirement. It will hard to gain real players to deposit in a new fresh site.

Edit : just realized that yoh offer the free mbtc to try on the games and round section, but I think its too late for me to get it.

Nice to see fresh and new gambling site.

I have an issue here, when I try to play poker, it seems that I should maximize the window or I can't even play it.
Is there any chance to make it without maximize it ? or it's cause by my PC resolution  ?

We've detected an issue with table games (like blackjack, roulette) from Amatic. There's a chance you could lose your bonus when betting your entire stake. We've raised the issue with Amatic to fix. All other table games work fine, however.  This only affects the bonus credits we are handing out.  This does NOT affect real deposits

Nahl, I will PM you in just a few minutes with some credits :)

Your WR is currently under 1% so it won't show until you get past 1%.

And how about the contribution percentage of each games toward the wager? Something like slots 100%, card games 20% etc,  I cant find any info about it in your site.

The system only tracks the total unfortunately at this time.  We can definitely look into having it broken down by game since we track all that data.  I will notate this on our list of features we are looking to implement.

Thanks!

What do you mean by disappeared balance? It is working fine in my end, but unfortunately I could not win something from the 5mbtc bonus. I won 10mbtc in first spin but won nothing in the other 14-15 spins.

PS : the site is mobile friendly and the game runs very well in my mobile phone without any isses. Its a great start for a new casino. So good luck OP.

You're right, site looks cool, but if you check every nook and cranny there is some pictures missing here and there, so functionality is down, or you can find other small problems.
Site is beta now so it is to be expected and amount of work already put in the site is pretty high. After some time we may have one of the top contender casino here.

Will you give another no deposit bonus to a legitimate user because someone else abuse your previous no deposit bonus? I think it is wise to hold another one for some extra user rather than abuser

I just recognize that you said on yours give away thread that i abbused yours give away 3 times but you only give 1 time (this account) and you denied the 2nd and the 3rd request...  You also said that on Pm to me that i tried to abbused yours give away...

Would you pliss post the pm that sent to you from me (my others cheating account)?? You said that i ask 2nd time that you denied and also the 3rd times. It mean you can quote that 2 pm from others account and post it here. So all member here include moderator will take alook for this case and can verified that others 2 account was me or not...

Here quote from yours that you said i ask for 3 times and said me i was cheating...

!!! WARNING: This user is a newbie. If you are expecting a message from a more veteran member, then this is an imposter !!!

You tried to get multiple bonus coupons.  This is cheating.  Your accounts have been banned.  You should have stopped after I sent you a message yesterday denying your second request.  But you insisted on requesting from a 3rd account which got past me, but not our anti-cheating system.   You are well aware of the accounts involved as we have found them in our system to match you.

For info : 2 hours ago i ask others member here that make some withdraw too from the giveaway also said to me by PM that he also didnt get that bitcoin too, he make withdraw 1st. Here quote rom that members :

not yet. they said some BS about issues with withdrawals

yeah i figured. didnt lose any of my own so who cares Right?

Maybe now he had the bitcoin, but he offline now, so i cant ask....

Note : if you can prove with quote from 2 others account here... I will make good and great open mail that i wad wrong and will receive any punishment from you and from this forum... But if you cant ( dont play around here)

You asked for a bonus code from this account.  We gave you one.

Moments later you signed up to our casino using another email address and then PM'd me from a second BitcoinTalk account.  On the casino, the second email address you provided had 'andolini' in it, it was obviously a dupe and I PM'd you back nicely explaining this and even left a smile

You are already tied to an account with a coupon code =]

The 3rd account you requested from did not have any matching info from your previous registrations, so it got past me.  But our system detected you as a multi account, which has been verified.

We are completely honest in our operations and it is sad that someone would try to take advantage of us, then when caught, try to make us look like the bad guy.  I will not post all the personal details of your cheating adventure as Dox'ing someone is not okay.  I am sure the mods will understand.  Mods are more than welcome to PM me for complete details if you insist, I will provide them with all details necessary to prove our case.

Good luck to you in your future endeavors.

Are you taking a fee on every deposit or something? Depositing 1 BTC gives you 0.998 BTC in your balance. Annoying for your friends of oshi! promotion-thing too as well.

I had the exact same problem, I had to flag it with live chat who didn't understand what was happening but refunded me the fee.

They also gave me 10 free spins, but despite three separate chats with support they where not able to help me get them working.

Was a dreadful first experience and I'm now avoiding this casino

We are working to resolve this communication issue with support.  We are also working with the payment processor to get these fees removed, as there should be no fee except what you pay to the bitcoin network in your transaction.  If you are affected by this with your deposit, please message me directly or use live chat.

We also have some big changes coming and you can read more at our blog here: http://blog.oshi.io/

Hi there, I'm Nick Garner, CEO and founder of Oshi and I'm here to help in any way I can.
As you can probably tell, I'm a bit of a 'noob' when it comes to forums, so I hope you will cut me some slack on that.

Latest updates
We've been doing a lot of work on the casino, including integrating Microgaming and Netent. There's also a more advanced game search engine, which were steadily improving.

Background
I just thought it might be helpful to give you a little bit of background on the way we've been building out the casino and where we want to go.

How we do it
If you're in the world of software development, you will have heard of agile. Essentially it's where you get a minimum viable product, release it, get feedback and keep building iteratively better versions of the product.
In our case, we launched the casino as a minimum viable product back in November 2015 and we've been constantly working on it ever since.

Were nearly there
I do feel were getting close to what I call a tipping point. This is where we go from having an interesting idea to something that is genuinely better than anyone else.

More detail on our strategy
If you're not familiar with how casino operators work, here's a very quick synopsis:
game providers work with operators, and game providers take a percentage of revenue from customer losses
operators deal with licensing, platforms, technology, customer services…in essence they act as a wrapper for the casino games providers give.

We have partnered with the operations company SoftSwiss, they handle all of the game integration, payments, customer services

My team and I deal with the user experience and marketing of these games on SoftSwiss platform.

Casino games have typical house edge of around 5%. It varies depending on which game you're playing and if you have a look on our website, you can see all of the house edge data that we could get our hands on.

Essentially, house edge is the same for nearly every reputable casino, so it's really a question of how different brands decide to spend their cash to get more customers in.

For us, the focus is on customer experience and effectively returning as much cash back to the customers we can whilst remaining profitable. Our general view is that people want to gamble, give customers a better reason to gamble with us and we then don't have to spend so much money on things like marketing and advertising. That's why we behave more like a software business than a casino in that were constantly working on site updates and so on.

We also made a real point of giving as much money back in the form of bonuses and free spins as we can.

The big idea
ultimately, you play on a casino because of the games. So our mission is to make it as easy as possible to find and play the games you love.

I'd love your feedback
If you want to check out the casino and give it a go, I really love your feedback on any thing you like or dislike. In return for your constructive support, I'll make sure you get a really good reload bonus...

A small gift for you

How about 15 free spins on request from you guys after their each deposit of 0.05 BTC?

Once you've made your deposit, contact customer services via our live chat feature and tell them your from Bitcointalk and you have just made a deposit for ...0.05 BTC or more... and we will assign the 15 free spins to your account. Make as many 0.05 BTC depositors you like and we will carry on giving out those 15 free spins. It's all really straightforward. One small thing, please don't abuse this very generous promotion. I'm giving it to you as a small gesture for your constructive feedback.

Feedback
If you could add your feedback to this thread, I would be grateful.

As and when we have product changes, stuff that you might be interested in or questions I need to answer, I'll be back.

Thanks
Nick

Not in every case. They can restrict the promo to each IP per site and block the obvious VPN IPs.
Moreover I will not play on a new site until it is certified as probably fair by some reputed individuals.
Looks like the site is a clone.

This is an interesting offer and I would like to know the terms of it: I mean what are (if there are) the rollover requirements of the eventual 15 free spins winnings? Does this offer implies also the deposit has some rollover requirements and if so which ones?

Also, just out of curiosity, I still can read this in opening post:

Who is OshiMike ?

OshiMike is the Head of Operations at Oshi.  What does this mean though?  This means I am here for YOU!  I plan to immerse myself with you, become a part of you.  Learn what you want and need, then translate that to the Oshi development team and bring things to life.  I also plan on doing fun things with you all, spearheading tasks and seeing them through to completion.  Consider me your friend, do not hesitate to ask me a questions, regardless of if it is related to the casino or not.  The best relationships are built with friendship and trust.  I have been in love with Bitcoin for a few years now.  I am not the earliest of adopters but I do know Bitcoin is the greatest tech out since the Internet, and fully support it evolving the way we transact and interact with others online.  I have mined bitcoin, and also written proof of concept ideas for web based Bitcoin applications.  I am here for the long run to make sure this community succeeds by helping in any way I can.

[/quote]

but I see Mike has been unactive here for almost a couple of month;has there been main changes? In either ownership and/or management/staff at oshi.io?

Thanks in advance for explaining.

how about adding a little incentive to players who play almost everyday?you know, the loyal ones..like if a player is playing daily (or almost), that player gets a nicer bonus each day until that particular player misses a day to which he has to start all over again..:)

Hi everyone,
firstly, thank you so much for your feedback and sorry about not getting back to this sooner, I thought I'd set up an automated alert, but i didn't....durrrrr.

In short, I'm going to have a talk with the bonus team and will work something out, because clearly it's important.

Nice. You should also start a signature campaign regarding the same. Also some free deposits or bonuses for trying out the slots. Please keep the house edges as low as possible and withdrawals without any minimum amount restrictions.

Free deposits
honestly, I don't know the answer to that because I'm really not clear on what the potential for abuse could be. It's something that has come up a few times and so I'll have a talk with the bonus team about it. Also just to say, I don't really know that much about bonuses. But saying that there must be some kind of creative way of issuing free deposits to people who are genuinely interested in trying out Oshi. I will follow up on this.

Signature campaign
We have recently organised a signature campaign, which is being managed by one of the team. I'm glad you like the idea, because it just gives me more confidence in the campaign were going to be launching.

Cash out minimums
On minimum amount restrictions, that's interesting. Coincidentally I had been looking at this:

This is our cash out/commission table:

BTC
Deposit commission percent: 0.0%
Deposit commission fixed: 0.0 BTC
Min cashout: 0.00011 BTC
Max auto cashout: 0.5 BTC
Max cashout: 5.0 BTC
Cashout commission percent: 0.0 %
Cashout commission fixed: 0.0 %

Question: Is this cash out amount okay? Min cashout: 0.00011 BTC, equivalent to 5 cents USD ?

House edge
So you know, the way house edge works is that the game provider actually sets it within the game and as an operator we have no control over the return to player/house edge. So the best we could do was to at least list them all out where we could get the data and then people could make your own minds up about which games you want to play.

https://oshi.io/about/fair (https://oshi.io/about/fair)

Also, we have got all the games tested by a company called iTech labs who certify that everything is exactly as advertised. And if you really care, all the SoftSwiss games have a testing tool embedded in the game itself where you can validate its return to player percentage.

Having looked at the numbers recently, the return to player percentage across the board seems to be around 96.5%

Random fact: craps has a really low house edge, but it's quite a complicated game to play:
    Pass/Come   1.41%
    Don't pass/don't come   1.36%
    Odds — 4 or 10   0.00%
    Odds — 5 or 9   0.00%
    Odds — 6 or 8   0.00%
    Field (2:1 on 12)   5.56%
    Field (3:1 on 12)   2.78%
    Any craps   11.11%
    Big 6,8   9.09%
    Hard 4,10   11.11%
    Hard 6,8   9.09%
    Place 6,8   1.52%
    Place 5,9   4.00%
    Place 4,10   6.67%
    Place (to lose) 4,10   3.03%
    2, 12, & all hard hops   13.89%
    3, 11, & all easy hops   11.11%

but I see Mike has been unactive here for almost a couple of month;has there been main changes? In either ownership and/or management/staff at oshi.io?

Thanks in advance for explaining.

Another post from me. Just so you know who I am, I'm the founder and CEO of Oshi and if you look around for 'nick garner' , you'll find lots about me online.

Oshi Mike
Firstly, with Mike… He just kind of drifted away. People do that. He moved to a different part of the world, re-prioritised a bunch of stuff in his life and I guess he just thought Oshi was not that important anymore to him. So that's fine. Were all cool and if he resurfaces; Great! because I like him a lot.

We should have a new community manager coming on board very soon. It's actually very hard to find somebody who is likeable, knows Bitcoin really well and is into what were doing with Oshi, but we may have found somebody. So I hope you'll be gentle with him when he makes his first appearance.  ;)

And then there's me. I'm not a Bitcoin expert relatively speaking, but at least I can tell you about the casino and hopefully help out were necessary.

What's been going on
firstly, a little bit of history. We launched the casino back in November 2015 and we started out with a standard theme/site infrastructure from SoftSwiss. We then immediately started pulling it apart to make it more of what we believe a casino site should be.

Around December it was clear that we couldn't work with the existing web front-end and so we began the huge task of completely rebuilding the front-end of the website, along with a new middleware which could then talk to SoftSwiss. I'm being slightly technical, but in short we built everything from the ground up.

Why? Because just having another 'same as' casino is a quick way to burn through a ton of marketing cash and end up nowhere. So we decided to follow our convictions and rebuild the whole site around a simple idea:

You go to a casino to play casino games. Make it as easy as possible for you to find the games you want to play.

And with that principle, with rebuilt the whole website around making it easy to find games that you want to play. Essentially, we've taken an e-commerce approach to online casino. If you think about a real estate website, or an auto sales website, they are designed to get you from the homepage to the property or the car that you want to buy. Another good example would be Steam, who are brilliant at navigating you to those games you might want to buy.

And that's what were doing.

There's a huge amount of work still to do, but I think were getting much closer to something special, where you can actually sift through all of these hundreds of casino games to find the ones you actually want to play. Have test drive and see what you think...

Random fact:
Every single casino game goes to a categorisation process, where we have 97 attributes and 1441 sub attributes which we used to categorise a game, for instance:

Attribute: Theme Color Algo primary - i.e. where we use a tool that has an algorithm for describing the primary, secondary and tertiary colours on a casino game.

Theme Color Algo primary : Black
Theme Color Algo primary : Blue
Theme Color Algo primary : Brown
Theme Color Algo primary : Green
Theme Color Algo primary : Grey
Theme Color Algo primary : Orange
Theme Color Algo primary : Violet
Theme Color Algo primary : Yellow

Why is this useful? Because people like certain colours more than others and therefore they might like games which are brown, more than green games.

The big idea is to catalogue games just like someone catalogues features in a car when selling it on a website. And with this categorisation, we can then do some really interesting stuff which were only beginning to explore. For you, we just want a completely seamless frictionless experience. A bit like whatever your favourite e-commerce websites are.

There is a fairly complete list here  http://kb.oshi.io/kb/oshi-attributes-and-sub-attributes (http://kb.oshi.io/kb/oshi-attributes-and-sub-attributes)

I'm giving it to you as a small gesture for your constructive feedback.

how about adding a little incentive to players who play almost everyday?you know, the loyal ones..like if a player is playing daily (or almost), that player gets a nicer bonus each day until that particular player misses a day to which he has to start all over again..:)

Yes. Absolutely. The thing with deliberated about is how to do this.

The problem with loyalty schemes is they so abstract. You play on the site, you earn points over time and you get stuff. There's very little relationship between doing things and here and now rewards.

Other operators sometimes run cashback schemes, where if a customer loses money they get a refund. But weirdly these cashbacks are a reinforcement of the pain of loss, which is not good.

Loyalty ideas
We've got a project in our pipeline where you can play in a weekly lottery draw and the more often you engage on the site, playing games or whatever, the more tickets you get and so the more likely you are to win.

I think the problem we have is that none of us really know what you would like most. I qualify 'you' as marknoval and any Bitcoin gambler.

Essentially as I see it, there are two viable approaches
  • make gambling cheaper i.e. through bonuses or whatever, effectively improving the return to player
  • have more opportunity to win more. Through lotteries, or free spins et cetera

They're both connected, but different as you can see.

Just going back to your idea Mark, " that player gets a nicer bonus each day until that particular player misses a day to which he has to start all over again..:)"

I like this a lot, but the one thing I wouldn't do is penalise anyone for missing a day of logging in, because real life intervenes and people have got other things to do.
So I would do it based on cumulative engagement over the previous week perhaps. I need to have a think about this and talk to my team and see what they feel could work.

But the principle is very good i.e. more engagement more reward.

What's your opinion Mark? And would anyone else like to contribute here?

Hi everyone, I'm Travin. I've been on-and-off with crypto over the past three years and have been involved with various crypto communities under different usernames. I'll be using this one for everything Oshi-related.

I'm also working on the signature campaign at the moment and will make a post about it once things are ready.

In case you don't know, I am Nick Garner, CEO of Oshi. I'm going to ask Marko, our affiliate manager to talk about this. I'll also ask him to do much more detailed breakdown on this knowledge base article here
http://kb.oshi.io/kb/affiliate-administration-fee (http://kb.oshi.io/kb/affiliate-administration-fee)

We have put a lot of effort into making our affiliate commission structure as flexible and motivating as possible. We have different commission structures for different circumstances i.e. heavy hitters, people who just want to roll along and those who aren't really that sure about outcome. Each commission plan is designed to maximise the payouts we can offer affiliates.

And one other point, we are essentially in a start-up cycle and so are strategy is to make the website better than anyone else's, offer better affiliate commissions than anyone else can and offer better bonuses than anyone else does. By having this combination of factors, hopefully we will get more pickup from the community and in turn it'll help build our customer base.

Really nice slot games there, but the requirement of 40x wager the amount of the bonus is a bit high, why such limitations, as a new casino you should distinguish yourself from others ,by offering that which others are offering not, meaning free 15 spins can be withdrawn directly if they are a win, even if they are a jackpot or a huge win.

The 40 times wager requirement is an interesting one. I will ask the team to do some comparative analysis between us and the other Bitcoin casinos and see where we stand.

As you know, the whole idea behind wager requirements is to encourage people to play on the casino but mitigate risk on our part. So it's a pretty standard thing for any iGaming brand to levy a wager requirement.

Saying that, the question is what is an optimal wager requirement that means we don't get completely rinsed and therefore go out of business… And is attractive to potential and existing customers.

I will have a talk with the bonus team about this today. Back soon.

Casinos with 30x wagering requirements are rare except casinos with 30x(deposit+bonus) wagering requirement at Oshi it apply on bonus amount only.

Oshi put effort to make their casino outstanding and have no intention to stop, for now I have only compliments.

All withdrawal requests were processed instantly.

Oshi casino has been incredible.  The speed of their payouts along with fantastic customer service is what makes them the best bitcoin casino out there.  The game selection is diverse and odds and jackpots are great.  I would highly recommend Oshi.io to all bitcoin depositers as I have had great sucess in receiving instant payouts.
I love the fact that customer service is available 24/7 and again speed of payouts is fastest I have seen at any bitcoin casino.

Great feedback, many people will play here when they see your feedback. But I had bad luck here, my opinion is that 40X rollover is too high, we need to set it to 35X. I am gambling addictor, so give us eaiser bonus terms.

Disclosure: I'm founder and CEO of Oshi
Hi there, just to save you some trouble, here is a screenshot of the email in question https://i.imgur.com/ruvUO2T.jpg

Why am I talking about this? three reasons:
- because I have nothing to hide
- we have been straight down the line and reasonable (in my opinion - it's for you to judge of course)
- and I'm writing this right now because a customer has tried to blackmail me...I had a Skype conversation with him. He asked me for some freespins, I gave them to him, he asked for more, I gave him more and in the end I gave in something like 300 freespins and once I grew tired of giving, he said that he would take our conversations about the reviews, put them on the forums and generally try and cause trouble. In casino management we call these people 'beggars' and in this case it seems like it's a 'blackmailing beggar'.

Anyhow just an explainer on this reviews email.

https://i.imgur.com/ruvUO2T.jpg

As you'll see from the screen grab we ask if people
- could give us a review
- we hope they'll be nice to us
- but they don't have to be nice to us
- and for their trouble we will give them 15 free spins on one of three games
- maximum five reviews / 75 freespins

As seasoned casino players know, 15 free spins are nice, and 75 free spins is also nice but probably not worth spending an hour writing up a bunch of reviews. They're not worth much, so it's just a very small gesture.

The important part: people can review us however they like. All we ask is for honesty. To quote the email "We just want honest, fair reviews." Therefore people can write whatever they like. The only qualifier is they are actually cashed out customers of Oshi, because those people will have genuine experience of Oshi.

Another important point:

We have put a huge amount of effort into our customer services, the website, the offers we give and generally we've noticed people seem to like us. So as a result I thought it was time to set up a selective triggered email that goes out once to people who have cashed out. The point is, we are being very gentle with this email and were very sensitive about making it clear you can say good or bad things about us.

What have I learned from this so far?

- There are a lot of haters out there. And they are generally the most noisy. In casino, the operator is seen as the adversary and is fair game to a lot of people.
- Most people happily play on a casino they like, don't usually say much.

So I sent an email and I was honestly really surprised by how many people responded and how good the overall feedback was. Saying that, I know there are haters and they would probably cause trouble, which is why the copywriter and I went to great lengths to make make encouraging, but clear; you can write what you like about us.

Hey, I just want to inform everybody that Oshi is not anonymous bitcoin casino anymore.
I played on regular basis at Oshi casino and withdrawals were always processed automatic and now I completed bonus wagering requirement and requested small cashout and received this email:

'Dear Player!
Please, upload a photo of your ID in your personal account, section "Bonuses" for us to be able to verify it and process your cashout.
Thank you for understanding!'

Bonus in this case was only 0.005mBTC and withdraw request was under 0.15BTC.

If you want to play at Bitcoin casino and do not want to get such request avoid Oshi and any other SoftSwiss casino they will request you to send ID whenever you request withdraw.

This is gift for being loyal player.

Did you win it from deposit bonus? If so, then it does not make sense for them to ask you for ID verification. ID verification just for small amount of withdrawal? Thats a big joke..

I wonder why does the site required you to submit your personal ID for such a low amount of withdrawal just because of the bonus credited? the withdrawal amount is not even 0.5 BTC? I think it would be better to wait for the admin of the site to explain what is the reason for doing that?

Nick Garner, founder and CEO of Oshi here... I want to go through a few different points to hopefully clear up any misunderstandings.

For context
we are technically a white label casino on the SoftSwiss network. SoftSwiss specialises in Bitcoin transactions and when I founded Oshi, I figured Bitcoin was a good place to go and so I and my team set up Oshi on the SoftSwiss platform.
We've separated our 'front end' i.e. game search, the general website experience to make the site work better for customers. We also get deeply involved in customer services and we take sole control of the marketing.
But, as a white label casino, the transactional engines, licensing, game integration is all shared with at least 30 other casinos.

Oshi as an anonymous casino
We all share the same Curaçao licence so were all bound by the same laws and constraints as all other SoftSwiss casinos. So taking another SoftSwiss casino; https://www.bitcoinpenguin.com/ as an example, they pitch on anonymity, but in fact they are as anonymous as we are.

US and other players from regulated jurisdictions
no SoftSwiss casino will knowingly accept customers from jurisdictions such as United States and the UK. This is because governments of these countries, Curaçao the licence provider, the games providers and finally the payment providers would all take legal action or suspend service and that would obviously be catastrophic to SoftSwiss and all the casinos on the network. That's why all of us are equally sensitive about accepting customers from jurisdictions like the UK and US.

Money laundering
because of all of this global anti terrorism legislation, brands like us take anti-money-laundering very seriously. As a result we want to verify any substantial cashouts by doing an identity check.
Bitcoin being pseudo-anonymous and sitting outside of the normal FIAT ecosystem, means that a Bitcoin casino cannot practically do identity verification for every single customer. Casinos like Oshi also make an assumption that if you have Bitcoin, you have obtained it by going through a Bitcoin exchange, where they will have verified your identity.
So as long as the transactions (money in/money out) are below a certain threshold, then it stays outside of what you could call a 'money-laundering risk'

The tightrope we walk on
we work on the premise that the 'feds' know what were all doing. Therefore we do our very best to make sure we don't accept customers from jurisdictions like the United States, or the UK. We take anti-money-laundering very seriously and do our best to be vigilant. However, because Bitcoin is pseudo-anonymous and by its nature neither we or any other SoftSwiss casino never be 100% sure that a given customer is, or is not from a banned jurisdiction. And the widespread usage of VPNs only compounds the problem.

The customers/previous posters case
I can't be 100% certain it's the same customer that had posted here, but...
I've asked for an investigation to be done into this case and it turns out that there was a combination of two events:
- this customer had United States IP address (i.e. coming from an unlicensed jurisdiction)
- wanted to make a reasonably large cashout

Customer services sensibly asked for an identity verification. This customer got upset and posted here (I believe) . However, in the background hopefully we've made an amicable settlement with the customer.

and if you got this far in the thread, you'll now know a little bit more about licensed jurisdictions/money-laundering and the balance we have to keep, in order to stay in business.  :-)

Thanks for the repsonse, customer support processed my cashout after contacting casino manager.
*First I never accessed the site using US or any other forbidden IP
*Cashout request was 0.03BTC + 0.01BTC which I believe can not trigger money laundering software warning

I think only reason for verification was that I completed your free 'Tier 3' bonus.

Hi Joksim299. This may sound strange, but  I'm not very clear on what you mean by a Tier 3 bonus. Also, verification only gets done if there is either suspicious play or a cash out above a certain amount. Because I got the information about you second-hand from my team about this case, I can't be 100% sure about all the details. The main thing I'm happy about is that we've done our best to amicably sort this issue out.

For other people watching this thread, just so you understand how bonuses work and why we would not close an account because you win bonus money/complete a cycle of bonus play...

We see them as a cost of sales. I.e. for us to attract and keep customers we've got to give out bonuses.

However all bonuses have wager requirements. These as you know are essentially the number of times you have to bet your winnings in order to be able to cash them out. Wager requirements for a typical bonus are 40 times, which are in line with the vast majority of casinos like ours. Some go up to even 60 times wager requirements and others down to 35 times.

On average the return to player is 97%.
In other words you bet 100 mBTC and you get on average 97 back. (Sorry if I'm being a bit basic on this illustration)
When operators do a typical 40 times wager requirement on bonus winnings, we can assume that a customer will probably see those bonus winnings erode to zero. Sometimes they get lucky and they can work their way through the wager requirement and cashout.

Of course, you may be thinking why don't they just give us money for free? Obviously if casinos made a loss constantly, there would be no casinos.

Back to my main thread… As you can see, the no reason for us to block an account because they win whilst using a bonus, because in probability the house will win overall when you add up all the hundreds of players doing what you are doing.
Whether it's you or us, both sides are gambling, just one has the odds are slightly more in their favour.

I can confirm that this issue has been sorted out after contacting casino manager and he said that verification check request was sent by mistake.
Yes I know how the bonuses work when I said 'Tier 3' bonus I was referring to the bonus name under my account which was added automatically, and verification check on bonus win was my assumption because I do not see another reason while they requested it and cashout amount can be considered as micro.
Problem is that we rely on luck even if we win to get our cashout in reasonable time-frame and further complications and fear of casino using predatory/unethical rules to delay/confiscate payment.

I got curious on why this old thread was UP, so I signed up on your gambling site. I had to say you have a great website, I've played your roulette too and seems like I'm lucky to win the free trials. I might play more with my BTC to see if it's the same luck I had when playing it for free. Anyways, is there any chance that you can lower down your withdrawal rate, seems pretty high though. Anyways, it's just a suggestion from a player. Cheers!

Nick: I'm glad that's all settled.

joksim299: Yes I know how the bonuses work when I said 'Tier 3' bonus I was referring to the bonus name under my account which was added automatically,
Nick: Ah! got it...

joksim299: Problem is that we rely on luck even if we win to get our cashout in reasonable time-frame and further complications and fear of casino using predatory/unethical rules to delay/confiscate payment.
Nick: yes, I agree and it's personal thing of mine to make sure that cashouts are dealt with promptly. I see cashouts as a huge test of trust both for you as a customer, making sure you get your money promptly and in a sense for us as an operator hoping you will come back.

It's nice to hear a casino manager gives a priority to withdrawals. I'm currently playing at another casino, But if they don't speed up their withdrawals I might move over to Oshi

Just read about your tournament and I have few questions :
1. The point(s) system is not clearly stated. It is only stated that point based on win rate with an example but not clear how much is the point from the example. Could you tell more details.
2. Free spins prize has wagering requirement, but not really clear how much is the wagering requirement.
3. Since the points based on win rate, how about losing bets? Is it counted towards leaderboard? Lets say at first I win 100mbtc with 1mbtc bet (get some points), then I lose it all in the next bets. Will my points get reduced because of losing bets?

Thanks.

Great questions! I am sure that many people ask the same and you will get your answer as soon as the tournaments begin and we publish the whole T&C and rules for them. Everything will clearly stated there, because when we asked players what they want to be the part of the "ideal tournament", many of them answered that the clear rules are the most important for them.

It is started already and still no answers for my questions above? Just checked the terms again but still the same as yesterday. And now the first player has gained 4000+ points already, not really sure how he got it. Did he win big amount with small bet as what stated on the example?

There is no info about losing points so you shouldn't loose them.
I can provide any info about other players' winnings but yes, it's possible and probable.
