What are some bitcoin real estate investments I can make at this time? They must be safe. If one does not exist how would such a service work?

What is the difference between a Bitcoin real estate investment and a normal real estate investment?

Do you want to buy real estate with bitcoins? I don't really get the point, that you want to make. Anyhow there were couple of houses for sale for bitcoins if that's what you're looking for. Seem like bitcoin is almost a mainstream payment method. Made me think of the farm land my grandparents left for us.

Currently I did not heard that any company offer real estate for buying with BTC  ;) In future, when BTC will be implemented in bank sector, may be some companies start to offer such service  :D

All you need to do is finding a fine real estate agent. They will handle the rest. They don't care about if you pay in Gold or Bitcoins as long as it can be converted into cash. If they don't understand what bitcoin is then find someone trustworthy who understands it and use him as an escrow.

you mean some type of property fund? there's no such thing as far as I know. if there is then they're almost certainly scams.

buying a property with bitcoin? you can check out bitpremier but there's very little on there. or you could point your vendor to bitpay and buy anything you want.

Currently this is not possible, because you need a lot of fiat, and there are problems to exchange BTC/Fiat in large quantity. You can not buy real estate with 1 or 2 Bitcoins.  ;)

not necessarily so. if you locate a bitcoin broker for an otc deal you'd be fine. there's no way i'd convert enough for a property sale on an exchange, but places like bitpay and gemini are gonna have big buyers waiting to be matched with sellers.

I remember there was a project ACRE from the dev team RISE to which i believe investos for the project will eventually own a piece of the property. Unfortunately the project were discontinue.

unlike fiat, bitcoin is not our day to day currency that we use. so it would be rare that someone has large amounts of bitcoin ready at hand and willing to spend it on buying a real estate with all of it. they usually use it as an investment by holding bitcoin itself.

also it is hard to find another party that is accepting bitcoin as payment so that you can buy real estate with bitcoin.

I can't remember that I saw some service who will offer investments in realestates. This kind of investment usualy requires larger amount of funds and for Bitcoin this might be to risky and not so easy to perform. Is there any special reason why you want to invest Bitcoins in realestates? Is investing in realestates in any type of currency so profitable?

Real estate business are usually country specific, if you have huge value of bitcoins (as real estate always deal in big value), you may try by advertising in your local classified sites. This might work as I am sure there must be some seller in your region to accept bitcoins for his property.

From what I noticed, bitcoin won't give you any edge when dealing with real estate market.
If you want to buy a property then you will have to fill the same kind of documents while buying it with FIAT.
And I don't really see the point of using your BTC for that, the only case is when you will receive discount or something...

Real estate is very profitable especially in the property, the profit is always like a rocket is wanna for go to the moon.
the profitable from real estate is applied in all of the currency. it's not depending with the type of currency, all of the currency is welcome.

yeaaa soundslike unreal if there is a bitcoin real estate investment (for now).
as it is required a huge amount of money , noone can do it without sign a legal documents.
but maybe if you can reach a personal agreement  with someone , you can always do it.

If you want to buy a piece of land for bitcoin, then you will have to find a seller and convince him to sell the land to you for bitcoin. Have you heard of something called BitLand? It's like a project that has some support from openledger (they claim to do so). Bitland tries to implement block chain application to land titles in Ghana.

IMO, Bitland seems a bit fishy for now. But if you're interested to know more, then do some due diligence and invest if you feel that they are legit. I don not own any tokens or I am not a part of Bitland.

Yes, anyone could get chances to have real easte business with bitcoin payments if both the parties are agreeing with. I believe in some developed countries it is already happening as I heard few of my friends are already paying their room rental in bitcoins. Everything is going to be happening around us when bitcoin becoming more famous.

If you want to buy a real estate using bitcoin you need a seller that accepts bitcoin as a payment method.

I don`t know about people who will sell their property for btc.

Maybe we should create a "Craigslist" type of website for those people to post such ads.

There is possibility to buy some real estate with bitcoins, that is a big investment. We are talking about huge money here.
Investment in real estate is not so easy as it looks on first sight, depending where how much work there is around it, not every estate is in good condition.
I wish you luck with this, be very careful with this, many things can go wrong with real estates, but if you choose right one you can make good profit.
