Both portals are equally good forums for hacking related activities. The only difference is that the TOR one is focused on blackhat hacking and HF.net is about whitehat - greyhat hacking.In other words: HF is legal while the onion one is not. Not sure about it, but isn't it not allowed to sell accounts according to HF guidelines? Any trace of account change with the [UB3R] rank will result in a ban and Rep fck.
