There is E-coin which is a Bitcoin debit card (Visa) and you can use it internationally everywhere as far as I know and also to verify multiple accounts like Paypal & others . Post by: ProfessionalGoogler on November 13, 2015, 09:02:02 AM Unfortunately, due to regulations in the USA, India and some other countries, E-Coin cannot currently ship E-cards to addresses located in these countries.
We are aiming begin shipping cards to addresses in the U.S. and India soon and will keep you notified of developments. The full list of countries can be found here. "Yes. Currently we cannot ship cards to the US. However, if you received your card at a non-US address you will be able to use it while visiting the US." So basically if you manage to send it to someone out U.S (a friend or reship service or something) then they ship it back to you and you are good to go .
