I know of this policy http://i1242.photobucket.com/albums/gg522/squall1066/btcrow_zps52u4hcgg.png but I dont know how they handle paypal, or even if they do, I would double check everything, it all should be done through the site, you should get nothing through e-mail. I hope someone here can clarify better for you, I have used BTCrow in the past and almost got scammed on my first go, btcrow could see the attempt and stayed on my side, I have no problems with the site or owner.
