I will only use it for legal things, and not use your IDs anywhere. We can use escrow, but before the escrow releases funds, I will check the account. Visa card is the one from E-coin.io so I can give you that account with as-well , removing the card from the Paypal account will make it impossible to receive funds from people and not verified I suppose .
