Both of these coins were yoshit ICO scams. This is just a continuation of those scams. The owner of the old coins pay a fixed price to get their coin added into the Unitedcoin framework. Why would anyone give you anything? unitedcoin will be just as worthless as the shit being swapped. The only winner will be you if anyone is stupid enough to pay you to add their coin.
