OK, Does anyone have experience with Betchain.com??  I played there for the first time yesterday, and I requested a withdrawal 12 hours ago, I haven't been able to contact them at all.  I have over a bitcoin I guess processing for a long time now and Im starting to get nervous??

I never tried that site but most bitcoin transactions from the gambling sites are usually instant to attract more players. If your withdrawal is holding for so long then some thing not correct. Why can't you try on so many good gambling sites listed on this forum? in that way you're sure that you winnings will surely come to you.

Their support is horrible. they took 3 days to get back to me on an issue. And then it wasnt even handled then. took more back and forth to solve it. Though i do think they pay. Just dont know about their support. I think they drink on the job or something like that.

If one have so much trouble in getting back their won money from any site then why need to go to that site for gambling? Is that those games are easy to play or make money out of it? If not you can check one in my signature they pay your withdrawal instantly and also they are running in this forum signature campaign so you will get all your queries answered quite fast.

This was my first deposit, Im not sure why I decided to try them out, but it was a mistake, I wish someone would just reply to one of my emails

their support sucks, they don't have live chat, we have to write tickets to them, but their responses are very slow, Friday i wrote one but don't get a response. they usually respond 3 days or longer per ticket, worse support i have seen so far.

after seeing your message , i went to that site and saw that they dont have a proper setup for the after support, i think your bitcoins are mostly got scammed or you have to wait long enough to get back. in this site you can see lot of sites who are even having their support thread which responses immediately, now that you are newbie so you got scammed . what ever in future you have to do research about the site in which you care going to play. that will help you to understand the site and its response and fairness.

I haven't used the site but it seems that the responses aren't really good  ;D

All messages are replied to. All withdrawals are processed. If there is a delay with processing your withdrawal, it may be due to your account being flagged as a duplicate or simply we are experiencing a high volume of traffic.

I personally have dealt with betchain support many times. Livechat and email support. Theyre slow sometimes yes but theyre normally online between 4am-8am est. Thats the livechat. Everytime ive emailed them ive seen a reply within 24 hours as well. I have had well over 25 withdrawals processed from this casino. I dont think you have any worries unless youve tried cheating the casino somehow
