Have you seen this thread reviewing several bitcoin debit cards (ANX is one of them)?

Good point! Here's the link to ANX from the other thread...it's different from the link the OP posted.

ANX

ANX was established in July 2013 and is legally registered and based in Hong Kong. ANX is Bitcoin exchange platforms.

ANX has several webpages like anxpro.com anxbtc.com and anxintl.com.

I ordered a credit card from anxbtc.com a few month ago.
It got shipped quite fast.

Drawback is, that I manually have to load the card and the money is directly converted to USD.
Minimum load was approx. 90 - 100 Euro per load.

So I never used the card and honestly I preferer XAPO instead.

That's correct.

The exchange fee USD/EUR was 3 %, as far as I can remember.

Currently there are a lot of bitcoin debit/credit card on the market. Crypto companies noticed that this is quite profitable business to issue bitcoin cards.
ANX card is not some unknown card as you might suspect it is Visa, has balance in USD and from what I could find card issuer is: mbank.pl/prepaid
But their site is down and that is always a bad sign: https://www.anxbtc.com/faq (https://www.anxbtc.com/faq)
There are more reputable services which issue bitcoin debit cards on the market and I would pick rather Xapo, bit-x if I must.

You should be able to use their site anxpro: https://anxpro.com/

It's the same company and the accounts are valid on both platforms with the same credits.

So if you have some balance there, you can login to anxpro and withdraw it or top up your credit cards.

I don't think so.

Mine is labeled in Chinese.
I can only read the webpage "www.suraglobal.com".
This seems to be the credit card company.

Edit: here is a pciture of the card: http://www.suraglobal.com/en/images/img_main_1.png
