The charitable savings arm of Fidelity Investments will start accepting bitcoin. Fidelity Charitable (http://www.bostonglobe.com/business/2015/11/18/fidelity-charitable-opens-doors-bitcoin-giving/6AuPRn8ffZhcnanKtNmFoO/story.html) is the second-largest nonprofit fund-raiser in the country. Now, it allows its donors to contribute bitcoins to their giving accounts. Fidelity joins United Way Worldwide, the country’s largest charity, and the American Red Cross in accepting bitcoins. And well, to tell the truth, Bitcoin has been used by criminals. Although it is biased info: regular fiat has been much more used.
