I have used Wagecan before and it is ok. Setting up can be a little bit troublesome and the balance doesn't update with each transaction.

But you can check also E-Coin which is very powerful these days you may check the limits too. Personally i do not own any of these but from reviews here in forum you can check the difference between each other. It's not because I advertise them and hence am recommending them but recently I had a poll of Facebook wherein I asked this question and most recommended Bit-x as the fee is reasonable and it's more reliable compared to Xapo and other BTC debit cards.

So for I don't have any issue using their online wallet and couple of times I sent message for some queries but they responded quite fast. They looks much better as of now. XAPO is a good options because mostly I like their support if you're in a need. After getting card most likely some time we need to get in contact with support for some reasons so I always give a preference for good support oriented service provider. Xapo support team is quite good in resolving issues.
