So maybe it has a poor stats that is why OP is selling it cheap. I think as a whole it isn't really a good thing and we likely as a community should come together to see it collectively shunned.
As far as I know the only people who peddle in these sort of things are forum spammers and scam artists looking for established accounts in order to win trust of users easily. perhaps in the future we should have a site wide poll and limit or outlaw the farming and selliung of accounts on the forums.
