I have ordered one from there and got it.  Owner is in groupbuys - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1141518.0

But what I think you are looking for is a "hub" not hud.  The best thread is a little dated - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=253749.0 .  But that thread can give you a good idea of the hubs.  The key is looking at the power vs amount of ports.

I can't imagine making any profit with a (Smaller/Cheaper) USB miner. (..?)

The gekkoscience sticks are somewhere around 15Gh/s if I remember clearly, that will not make much unless you band a few together on the same HUB.
I guess the Ant U3 (also technically a USB miner) would generate a few US cents a day but I'm not sure if that can be really listed as profit, it's miniscule.
I'm sure if you have the dollars to throw at it most to all recent ASICs are profitable, so I'm not really understanding your point on "it's the only profitable ASIC in my country"
If you really want to try make some revenue then you'll need a heavy duty USB HUB, most miners aiming this way made theirs personally. Right now, USB hubs aren't really created commonly for mining, or even being at full capacity (on most of the cheaper sells on Amazon)
I'd suggest you look for HUBs such as this, aim for the strongest though; http://www.amazon.com/Dyconn-PowerHub-10-Port-Industrial-Alumunim/dp/B00BD7L16 (http://www.amazon.com/Dyconn-PowerHub-10-Port-Industrial-Alumunim/dp/B00BD7L16)

Good luck on your endeavour.

since the gekkosience only uses 0.3 w/Ghs this is one of the most efficient bitminers. The energie is 0.23 euros for 1 kWH. The taxes are more then 50% so this is the only way

I think a big thing is the "it's the only profitable ASIC in my country" part of his post.  With Europe chances are he has very high import tax, which kills profit on most miners in Europe.

You are right on usb miners not really being profitable they are more likely used in a lotto device.  That is what I'm doing with mine.  I have some compacs and U3's just for this purpose.

OP what is your electricity cost?  And how high is vat where you are?

You always pay VAT.  Also here is miner cost  together with 19% VAT.

You might as well buy the S7 with 0.25W/GHs , But 23 cents is too much for electricity for both of them.

It varies by country EU yes it can be pretty big on VAT. Go to US and we have no VAT.  So I would not say always, I would check on persons country.

The one you have linked to is a good option for a lotto miner.  I ordered one from them and owner went above and beyond to get me one in the US.  I wanted it as I collect the multiple compacs.

But he mentions profitable so the compac might not be what he is looking for.  I might suggest a hosting center with no vat that's reputable vs. paying a high vat.

Im in this issue as being in the UK i will most probs get caught with the Customs Duty / Tax then the lovely 14pence per KW . On the plus side I got access to free electric at work. So im getting a USB Miner to learn and practise then I was going to look at the S5+
