Its very easy to scam sellers on Ebay by how strong buyer protection is, even if the seller has proof of the buyer's wrong doing, Ebay will often side with the buyer regardless. So i'd like to know what you mean by scammed, because i'm pretty sure you can get your money back. I thought it was near on impossible to be scammed on physical goods with eBay and Paypal. Now I'm in the process of getting my money back from Paypal. Will probably take a month to get my money back.
