A member had a thread 2 weeks ago asking for this rate. I don't have time to dig through 4 pages of threads here but that was his rate. Perfect money is not as valuable of lets say paypal you know.

Perfect Money is definitely valuable and I don't know if that person got that rate. PayPal is reversible and Perfect Money is not (no chargebacks possible). Also, I ask for 5% more as for me PM is more worthy than BTC.
