0.1BTC minimum cashout? I don't think anybody would reach that with 0.002BTC minimum deposit. I have done several trading and binary options also in bitcoin. If you can lower that to 0.01BTC than even small traders may try your service. Do you have any bonus system to start?

I don't like minnimum withdraw 0.1btc. If my balance is 0.0999 btc mean balance = 0 btc when my profit 0.097btc.
