I sent about 0.04 BTC to my friend but he says the didn't receive it.
I saw a strange line on blockchain details, please help what does mean "Lock Time   Block: 384809": http://prntscr.com/95zwld

"Lock time" means it can not be used before that block. Since we currently at block 384979 this is no issue. From the other screenshot it look confirmed. Your friend might have to rescan the blockchain with their wallet. Which software do they use?

Thanks for your reply. I will ask which client does he use, but it looks that he transferred this amount to another wallet as there is a second "red arrow" transaction, isn't it?

Yes thats correct, the coins you sent is already transfered to another address by your friend. If he still says that he didnt recieved it then you might be scammed or trolled by your friend

...or the friend is using a shared wallet which uses the coins some receive for the payments others do and keeps track of the balance via a local database.

"mark coins" has no idea what he is talking about.  Your best option is to simply ignore anything he says.  He is participating in a signature advertising campaign, and he gets paid for creating posts, therefore he will say any sort of nonsense just to get a post into a thread.

"shorena" is also participating in a signature advertising campaign, but he has clearly taken the time to learn about how bitcoin works and seems to be interested in actually helping people.  He has many helpful posts in this forum and generally gives accurate advice.

As mentioned by shorena, there is no way to know if your friend "transferred this amount to another wallet" unless you know for certain what wallet he is using.

If your friend is using wallet software that gives him control of the private keys (such as Electrum, MultiBit, Bitcoin Core, blockchain.info, etc), then yes he transferred the amount.

If your friend has an account at a bitcoin service (such as Coinbase, Localbitcoins, etc), then he doesn't have control of the actual bitcoins.  The service may have transferred the amount in order to consolidate funds, and may have failed to update your friends account for some reason.

Are you absolutely sure that you sent the Bitcoin to the right address? There are viruses out there that can change the address that you copied to another one that looks similar but is in fact to an attacker. Double check that the address you sent to is the same as the one that your friend told you to send to. If it isn't, you're screwed. If it is, then it your friend's wallet has a problem.

I am not having the same issue, however I am interested in knowing how to find out if I ever have a virus as this.  This would not be good to have this virus, for you would be sending your BTC to nowhere and you could not get it back. 

It is very easy to spot, you just need to carefully watch the addresses you are copying. Before you send the Bitcoin, you should check the address it is going to and see if it matches. If it doesn't match but looks similar, then you have the virus.

i think it is not your fault . your problem can be due to some network error some this happened with me three times due to this i had loss 0.03btc .
but some time transaction take more of time .
in 2014 my friend  sended me 0.0001btc to check wether he can send or not . but transaction had been done but stil i had not get btc . but after about three month i had get that btc . i think that was fault by blockchain.info .
