Ok! many people got burned with cloud mining. But that doesn't mean that all cloud mining sites are a scam. Like every investment, it implies a lot of Risk. If you take a look at Bitmain's cloud mining site Hashnest, you will see that they are a trusted company.

You are right, not all cloud mining companies are a scam it is a shame that the legit ones have been tarnished with the same brush as the scam companies.
Those looking for cloud mining should do their research to find out if the company is legit and whether other people have positive feedback on them which is what you are doing.

Too high interest, ponzi and scam.
Quote
We are doing this for you! Yes, we offer up to 1.5% a per day from your initial investment.
If that wasn't reason enough to invest, they don't have proof of mining.
A typical Cloud mining ponzi scam here.

When the difficulty rises fast, it is very profitable for the cloud mining business to make money. They can use the payment from customer to pay customers.

I invested 2000 dogecoin here and was planning to add more but since I saw and read a lot of threads about cldmine and they are not positive reviews,I did not push through depositing, all the elements to make it a scam site are all here,Now I am just compounding all I want is to get my 2000 dogecoin then I will just continue compounding until they close shop..

yeah, you won't get any longevity out of this one and you will be lucky to get a roi before it goes down.  There are legit sites out there but if you are looking for a quick buck cloud mining you will need to be waiting for around a year.

The diff does not rise 2% every month, it rises 20% every month. So how this can be profitable?

That is my point. I think the cloud mining will not be profitable for us. It is for the operator of the service.

The site design looks promising well it's just a cover don't fall on it. No reliable cloud mining lately.
As most of cloud mining service misused , they take an advantage behind this "cloud mining" a way to mining without hardware to run their ponzi scheme.
So I think I can assume all service on behalf cloud mining is scam including this one.

And this is why you are so often scammed:
Proof means not you will be paid.
I can show you proof and never pay you.

My investors trust me...
This is not the problem...the problem is how much each end of month I can payout...
The risk is not me...the risk is the "econnomy"
But my investors see that investing in my system is less risk than mining themselves...

Why?
Because my system is 99.99% about cloudmining ...genious not? (lol)

You are doubtful?
No problem...you can follow the general progress.
You can even go in the system for free...and "drive" your investment like a "real trader"
Have fun.

Some cloud mining are great and not just scams, but 1.5% interest a day is not even imaginable. It's just too much. Finding something like 0.3% interest is already excellent ^^
Of course this is logical, but at the same time is quite dangerous reasoning.

More important is base of informations. Before every investment must be review about person behind and all stuff.. and at the end - risk valuation.

If we take:
1,5 % - high risk
0.3 % - low risk
Of course more people will invest in low risk investition. If it is scam - in overall, people lose more = community lose more.
Who is worse now? ;)

Investigation of base informations is the most important. Looking only on interest rate is a big mistake.
Of course when we take "cloud mining services" that exist now in cryptoworld almost all of them are anonymous, so it is just lottery.

If we compare here (like on example "high risk" - "low risk") Hash Ocean - Gensis Mining. Who is winning?

It is not indeed so safe. But you need to see what is very secure and that is very good. You must look at the review and something.
You need to see what is going on. And you must look for what is very secure. And Bitcoin will be more worth.

I like their "registered users" graph, an exact straight line, which says they have got ~1,200 more new users each day, every day, for the last month, for a total of 129,670 users since starting.
 ::)
That's about 1 new user signing up every minute of every hour of every day of every week for 16 weeks.

Do they realize how ridiculous that sounds?

You got some balls investing in a new cloud mining site. Remember that cloud mining is not profitable.
The best you can get is your money -/- 15% losing of your money.

Hey guys I actually have some money on it! Not much...
I'll report back in 3 months or so

you should read this topic on cloudmining services: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=878387.0

it is very informative and you can learn how to spot scam Ponzi cloudmining from a legit one on your own.

anyways, I would never suggest anybody to invest in a cloudmining service not only because they are mostly scam or turn into scam after while but also the fact that the ROI is very bad on these sites and there is always a maintenance fee and also the ever growing difficulty which makes things not profitable.

If you can't tell the difference between "investing" and giving it to some anon who says he's doing something which no one else can do, then don't worry, you won't have that problem (or any BTC) for very much longer.

I will hold the bitcoin for the long term. If I do trading, and sell the bitcoin and expect the price to drop, but it rise instead, I will lose my position.

They offer 1500 Doge to lure you to start mining. Does anyone have experience with these guys?

please leave your comments.
I use bitmakler before trying and site and they say its paying, so i use it.
Also they offer 1500 doge, i dont think they even matter about that like 0,20$ but if you dont trust it just let that 1500 mine come back in 4 months withdrawal if you get it you can invest, i got paid so i invested a little because it can collapse like all cloud minings.

CLDMine is Ponzi scam. They will steal investors money in the soon, like RPDMain did. They use the same design and method. Actually they are very nice because they are paying, but soon many people will curse them.  :P

I check in other forums, all these so called "cloud mining" websites, and Cldmine is up since late november, I would love to say that they cannot last long or they will be shut down swiftly after halving takes places but its not ,their wallet has received in total 1738 BTC which is a crazy huge amount, more than 700.000 USD, now they have about 300 BTC and this sum constantly is different because of them making the payments (every scam do that) and the reason is many new investors joining them day by day. Thats very worrying for me as , as I already said here before many times, there will be huge losses in the end.

I disagree. Free systems that pay often and fast have higher chance to become ponzis than those of with lower ROIs because they seem more realistic. But you never really know the true nature of a cloud mining site. Some are good, most are ponzis.

Cloud mining is way too risky and these days lots of people try to double up their coins with them and got scam. In cldmine they are saying you will get 300% return on your ROI in litecoin mining per year. This is quite strange and i also think this is not possible to reach.

I had received many payments from cldmine since its inception. But I see that the website is down today. A notice is appearing stating that they have processed guaranteed refund as per their service agreement. A list is also given.

however, I can see the name of big bitcoin investors only. I can't see any name who has investment litecoins like me.

have anyone received the refund yet?? Please let us know here.

Do you think they are real investors ? They are just some random names and addresses (addresses owned by people of CLDmine) and they have not given anyone a single refund, there was no such option as to opt for a refund in all of their site before going down, this is just an exit scam, people will stay a bit calm at first as they will think they will get refund, but nothing will happen, wake up people they have become rich with your money.

They are just some random names and addresses (addresses owned by people of CLDmine) and they have not given anyone a single refund, there was no such option as to opt for a refund in all of their site before going down, this is just an exit scam, people will stay a bit calm at first as they will think they will get refund, but nothing will happen, wake up people they have become rich with your money.

yes true
they probally owners name
looking at there facebook page
people are complaining they never saw guaranteed option lol

only legit cloudmining service i know is bw.com lol

That's the point - this service never had "guaranteed refund" option.
All this list is fake and there never will be any refund!
They now are removing all deposited funds. It is the end.

GAME OVER

I am checking their IP and WHOIS, they are based in California USA, and in USA its not so easy to scam I think, can't anyone of the users sue the owners of this website, I heard it can be done in the USA, you can file against them for online crime, I suggest USA users start sue them. They are already online with otiis.cc which although it appears these guys are from Czech Republic maybe they are not the same after all. Anyway I know in countries like Russia you cannot do nothing against these scammers, but in USA I think something should be done. Just a suggestion of mine for people that were users of CLDmine in USA.

They can use vpn for cover their real identity, i don't think all information you find by tracking IP and WHOIS is true. we must stop to believe with cloud mining site and let them never get money.

And i dont really see hyip owner get busted for the fraud they make, and i think the main reason there not busted is they are using vpn or any ip hider so they cannot be trace easily and can run safely with their fraud money, and why theres still people looking at cloudmining sites while the truth of it is cloudmining today is all ponzi and the real mining nowadays is not profitable and thats why many companies turn down their services, ita bad idea for people who invested on this scheme on hoping to earn in low roi program and honestly i dont really bother to open a link when someone sends me and try to convince to invest with it.

I looked at many of these ponzi sites and mostly they were registered in the UK? Why a first world nation allow scammers to operate with ease?

 ;D good one!

Anyway interesting coincidence: Few days befor CLDmine goes down this service https://otiis.cc began to work.

Do you think that would be so insolent to start a new scam with the same script?

Well yeah, cloud mining is another term of ponzi sites,  pretending they have  mining rig that work for them but the fact is they just collect btc's from their user  thats what you called ponzi schemes. But there are so many people who are aware by this but they still invest in these kind of sites or should I say "gambling" with ponzi schemes.
