There should be competition, but a huge variety could over complicate things for the consumers. If
you give them too many choices, they will get confused and eventually give up on the technology. It might also happen that a bad service in any of these mobile payment solutions, might create a negative perception of all mobile payment solutions. Keep it simple and just offer a few options and you will succeed. ;) |
