How long does the initial upgrade last?

I don't understand what you meant by Initial upgrade but the Premium account has been working from over 7 months now.

Got a copy and tried the method. It works perfect for now.
I created my own dropbox account and was able to upgrade it to Business(can be monthly/yearly , but I just set myself up to monthly for now).

Can't comment if it will stay like that forever, but it does work . I will update after a week or 2 and then maybe after a month on how long this lasts. Thanks for letting me try this.
