If you held contest, you will see more variation of signature so you can choose the best one. He has placed pretty well in alot of the design competitions. Roslinpl and medUSA are good as well

You will have more people try and work on your stuff if you do it that way. Nothing crappier than doing an hours work and being paid absolutely nothing for it because its given all to the champion. Still, Interested in trying to help you out for sure.
