Buyer needs to go first and for PayPal, I'll ONLY deal with trusted users. I know but I need to sometimes sell and sometimes buy BTC which will make me confused. I hence make a separate thread for each transaction and then close it once my deal is done. That helps me keep track of my transactions else I have one single thread for my gift cards which is easy to follow. I guess this is not against the rules.
