1) My First Time with bitcoin --- Ahh pretty good question..
My answer : When i Was At Home My mom told me "Go and get some Topup in the phone from the cellular centre"
I was really fed up of going again and again there and asking for topup to the seller.. Then once i searched on google about the easiest way to topup at home..
I got many sites but they were Pretty Difficult for me to topup from them since They were asking credit cards and i know credit card funds are risky and i dont want to waste time until they process my topup..

Then i found a site bitrefill.com which accepted btc.. I learnt more about Bitcoins and then started using them..
I got to know about bitcoins just because of this reason "Topup" And now i can use it in many many ways. Its Fabulous..

2)  From then on my relation with bitcoin Became stronger and stronger..
Now i know everytging about it...
The aim is u can earn a lot money through btc price change..
If Price of btc goes higher u can sell it and if it goes lower u can again buy it and in this way a lot can be earned..

Story about my first time with Bitcoin

I started Bitcoining around February of 2014 at first I don't even know bitcoin when i started googling about extra cash at home one site pop up and it was telling about faucets and I research more about bitcoin and I found out that one bitcoin is equivalent to $500 so i started trying faucets i thought 1 satoshi is equivalent to 1 bitcoin and there something in my mind shouting I am already  rich however with almost one week on faucets i sum up all my earning and found out that it just cost 0.1$ and i become disappointed about it but i am thankful that i didn't stop there and continue research more about bitcoin until I found out about this forum and here i grow as a bitcoiner. :)

First time in bitcoin
my first time in bitcoin was really rough for me i started bitcoin about 2 months ago many sites fooling me about doubling or even triple my money with just 100 or 200 hours of course as a first timer I am easily attracted with those kinds of scheme and think that it was really real but in the end i will end up being scammed. that's my first impression in bitcoin kind of sad but continue learning

I know bitcoin is in the middle of 2014, My first impression about bitcoin is it just a waste  a lot of time. And then a few days after that i found a giveaway but not in bitcoin its just a stellar coin and i convert it into bitcoin. I gain a lot of bitcoin in that time i got around 4 btc. I came to know about bitcoin in this March 2015 by searching some good ways to earn money online.As i am student,i try to earn some few extra bucks by doing work online and i step on bitcoin this march.
I first try to find more and more about bitcoin.Being a Computer Science student,it doesn't took me long to understand bitcoin and start using it.As Everone else my first bitcoins come from faucet.After some time i came to know about bitcointalk and find out this is most popular community related to bitcoin and offers great opportunity to earn bitcoins.

Me and Bitcoin
In the start i found myself struggling to earn bitcoin..Being a real money it was not easy to grap my hands on some bits in the start :P
As i become older on this forum,i joined signature compaigns which is very decent way to earn some bitcoins here.I will not lie but yes i did gamble with bitcoins to make quick cash but did not succeed.Believe me gambling is more risky and difficult then earning.
Now i just try to earn some bitcoins from services section and gambling section and will probably join a compaign again soon.
Future of bitcoin
I guess bitcoin will become more and more popular with time and more and more people will participate in this currency as Satoshi Nakamoto as done a great work of putting people money in the control of thier own hands from governments.I beleive in bitcoins and i trust in cryptography which is much secured. :D

1) it was more than 1 year ago... I was nerdy never go out, just sit in room and played games. And then friend asked me to go out which I did. We went deep in conversation and he told me about bitcoins, well first I heard something on news when bitcoin jumped to 1k $ and couldnt find them untill he told me. So when I came home I did research about them and finally I found something where I almost can earn money by doing almost nothing...

2) Well I went to university and failed first year, so my parents wont finance me anymore so I had to find a job.. its suck rly :( , I've worked about 3 months and all time I've been working I had in mind about those bitcoins.. what if I quit job and search something to earn. Well first it seems like failure, and my mom told me internet earning is not possible and I did some faucets, gamble, raised my money a bit, resell them and I've earned something enugh to buy pack of cigarettes dialy :D

To be honest I do not really remember how I could meet bitcoin. It was around a year ago (October 2015), at that time I was googling on how to make money from internet. Firstly I learn about PTC (dollars), but after a month I did not get anything from PTC (felt so dumb that time because wasting time but get nothing). Then I found an article about someone who become rich from bitcoin, I did not believe it at the first time (just a virtual coin with a great value, what the hell is that?) But because I was so curious, then I decided to search more information about it and I found this forum (November 2014). Reading so many threads especially threads which is discussing on how to get free bitcoin..."FAUCET" (I thought that I can get many btc with faucet but I was wrong) 3 months collecting satoshi from faucet and I got 0.03btc (another wasting time job lol). But after that, I found signature campaign which gives me some satoshi better than faucet :).  


Currently bitcoin is my side income, I can earn a nice amount monthly from signature campaign, giveaway, gambling and trading. At least I can pay some bills from it. And now, I'm teaching some of my friends who are so curious about how to make money from the internet especially bitcoin.


Only a hope that bitcoin will be more popular in the next few years and accepted by 90% or more people all around the world especially in my country, because at this moment bitcoin is just like a tool to gain profit from trading and investing. I hope it can be used to as a real money, so people can go anywhere without need to worry that they will be robbed because bring much money :)

    Dec 2014, At front of my first laptop
I open facebook and saw my friend's post about bitcoin and he told me that he can sell it to real money im surprised and try search it on goggle when I read about the the price 1btc is like $350+ I talk to my self "Whatt Thee Fuckk " im very regret I didnt pay attention when first time I heard in 2013. And after that I begin to learn to know what bitcoin is and begin to using it, I remember first time I using faucet I open like 20+ tab on my browser everyday and after one week I just know I only collected $1 I got bored and really wasted my time.. In early 2015 i heard about very popular ponzi named "bleep" ;D with using bitcoin and I try to put my $1 and multiplied it until like $120+ and stopped using and the site collapsed,, Im very happy what I gained  :D now I collected bitcoin from giveaway, raffle, investing, trade with altcoin to gain some profit and usually gambling it.
2) Bitcoin is very useful for me, now I can buy game, phone charge, pay bills, etc just from home and I gonna buy new phone with money i earned from bitcoin  ;D
3) I just hope all people in the world know about bitcoin and using it

> when it is, I was unemployed and when I'm playing laptop in the room trying to find something that could make money, my first play PTC and make a few dollars. and I do this almost a week, then have a friend in my facebook post about bitcoin, and I was surprised by the price 1btc which reached $1000 at the time. I think it's quite easy to get. and the first time I was looking at the faucet, when I only get 5000 satoshi within one week, because I was not very diligent to do. when one day there was a giveaway "stellar" being crowded the talk, then I do it until I get 0.1btc, but when the price has dropped. I was glad when it can get 0.1, day after day continue to look for ways to get bitcoin better and more. then I tried to hold bitcoin, until prices back to $1,000, but the price is getting down to $800, then I sell all my bitcoin :(

1. My first time with Bitcoin

October 2014 was the beginning of my bitcoin know, really confused at the time. because I had to look for information themselves on the Internet. and in the end I found a forum kaskus and there is nothing to discuss about "bitcoin". from that moment I learned about bitcoin and pursue it. I remember at the time I get 0.003 BTC of giveaway one wallet. I am happy because it was the first successful bitcoin I get .. :)

I was never eager to collect bitcoin from the faucet, but the results are unsatisfactory, and in the end I left it. now I just focus on something that does not take much. I am currently playing in gambilng sport. hopefully I had luck there.

First of all i must say very interesting thread indeed.

1) My first time with bitcoin dates about 2 years ago just before bitcoin price skyrocketed to around $1200 per coin. At that time i just read some where about bitcoin and started doing research on it. The more i researched and learned about it, the more fascinating it got. But alas it was too late till i learned how to use my GPU to mine it. The difficulty was so damn high even then for solo miners. Then my attention turned towards alt-coins and whole loads of calculations started in my mind about mining and exchanging for bitcoins. They i found about these forums related to bitcoin where i started selling my graphic designs and earn around $2000 at that time. Was working with my brother and developing alt coins for other and managing our own pools. it was a fun experience.. quite a learning one too..
and then mtgox thing happend and the price just went too low.. i thought it was done for and lost faith in this.
Was out of bitcoin scene for almost a year now.

2) Right now i'm back and lot of new alt coins and stuff has come up.. now there are tons of graphics artist selling things way too cheap and the bitcoin price is increasing slowly again. Right now i hope to earn as much as i can and store it for future use. Well i think lot of things will be different in future and bitcoin will be the center on internet currency.
Never had before but now i'm collecting small amount from faucets and stuff and looking to join some potential team or group of entrepreneurs for further ventures in bitcoin scene. Currently have lots of unique and some common ideas with better views in mind but need a good trustworthy team.

3)Like i said bitcoin will be the global standard currency for online transactions, though it wont be the only one... everyone will have there own thing for there own special purpose but bitcoin will always be the coin linking to all.. just like money now. Earlier people used to exchange good for good and then came money for all goods. Thus bitcoin for all altcoins/good/services/etc.

1)It really hard for me to explain this but here it go the moment i know about bitcoin I really get curious about it actually there is a time in which I can't sleep because of bitcoin, why ? because I waiting for its price to increase unlike others i Didn't start in faucets I started on trading bitcoins to profit however i didn't just stick to that i research more about bitcoin and one day i found bitcointalk and learn many more about bitcoins and how can i maximize bitcoin for my everyday living :)

When around late 2013. Starting from a banner ad on the Internet that says Bitcoin. I see, what is it? I did not immediately respond. I think it is the usual scam ads are filled with deception. Until finally I myself feel curious about the name of this Bitcoin. And finally I was trying to find more and more about what it Bitcoin up until now still looking for Bitcoin!

Currently stories about Bitcoin and you:
Bitcoin, more or less 2 years to see him. Profit, loss, cheated. A phenomenal cryptocurrency made by someone whose initials Satoshi Nakatomo. In the conventional world we can see that the USD is the main currency of other currencies in the world, then in cryptocurrency, Bitcoin is a major currency. Trade Bitcoin the same as a heart pumping, it is difficult to predict. Prices go up and down quickly, this is very different from when we trade in conventional currency.

1. It was 3 years ago mid march. I heard about the silk road through a friend. I being an avid user of some recreational substances was very curious. I was already at my house and immediately got on my computer and looked up the Silk Road. Now I had heard my brother mention Bitcoin in the past but it was one of those things that i did not hear until i really heard about it, as he was very ill informed. As I research the Silk Road and all that was involved in getting to the site and procuring my vice of choice. I read about this new form of digital currency called "Bitcoin". Now i am even more intrigued with this fascinating currency. Silk Road aside i was wanting to know more about Bitcoin. I stay up all night (without the help of some unnamed substances) and get my first wallet and find my first faucet. Read about Satoshi and how to mine and the real substance of Bitcoin. 


2.As the weeks went on i found it very difficult to get bitcoin. There were ways like localbitcoin. I eventually found MT.Gox and similar sites and also some shady folks selling bitcoin in forums for Moneypak or other reload cards. I thought "fuck this im going to start mining". Now i already did some research and found it very confusing as to the if mining was profitable or not. Some said its to late to mine on a small scale and others said it was. Me wanting to go the the source of anything, I got involved in scrypt mining so i could trade my altcoins for Bitcoin. I bought a few bad ass video cards, power supply, motherboard, ram and everything else to have a home setup. I was up and running in a week. Trading all i had for bitcoins. As the price started to climb dramatically i was loving all the more my new friend Bitcoin.

3. I now believe that bitcoin will transcend all other currencies and replace the global currency. When exactly i do not know but within my lifetime. With the altcoins having a place in our market for a number of supporting rolls to Bitcoin. There are to many people involved in the Bitcoin community to let it do anything but thrive. I mean what is a dollar? It is a piece of paper that some political government says is worth a dollar and this is what a dollar is worth. The same as our community. We say this is a bitcoin, there is no physical object the defines definitely. But here it is, it can be broken down this many times and distributed as you want it. It is worth this much and we as a whole support that and give it substance. The future is bitcoin and we are on the cusp of that future.

My first time bitcoin is around 5years ago i think i know bitcoin when 1st introduced.. i remember ive open coinbase account and got reward..not sure 1btc or 0.1 btc that time. But i sold it for $1 and then i quitted finding bitcoin because its very low and dont really understanf about it. And when like 2 or 3years i quitted. I found out that bitcoin price 1btc around $700-$800 and i continue find again by faucet and active in bitcointalk forum to find more ;) until now..

The best thing about bitcoin and me is that i can earn it with faucet and giveaway reward here and by signature too. Bitcoin help me alot with financial in real life but now im little addicted to gambling that called "dice" lol because bitcoin i became dice addict haha but i never regret that i know bitcoin.

For future bitcoin i think will be amusing bitcoin had been discovered and will be more alt coin too. Bitcoin will be future currency i believe.

1: i knew bitcoin like half year ago lol recently i believe. I know it from my friend when he show me his blockchain wallet and i interested with bitcoin. And my friend teach me where to earn and how it can be use. Faucet is my source but now im into investment thing not much profit but yea still on profit.

2: bitcoin i never earn many like 1btc the much ive earn 0.2 and i didn't convert it to real money. I just topping up my mobile and buy something with bitcoin. For me bitcoin is just digital currency that can be use in internet. But if i earn like btc i will try to convert to real money.

3: bitcoin will be future digital currency it had potential to make business people wanna earn more. Soon i think people will only find bitcoin and stay home on internet 24hour lol. Maybe is full time job for find bitcoin.

first time i heard about bitcoin (around 2-3 years ago) was only the lower fees for send money more easy, faster and safety than western union, it's a new alternative here.. so i think is only like a western union, nothing else.. so i though there was nothing to know more about bitcoin, just let it go..
until this last June, when I was accepted as a new employee in the company that I have applied at that time..
my colleague was introducing me more detail about bitcoin and this forum then inviting me to join this forum with his nice guide to make sure i can be active in this forum..
that's why i am always grateful for his kindness to do that all..

So this is how the story goes :

I was at a friend's place where he had invited couple of more friends.We were suppose to have a small pizza party.Around 2:30 pm on November 12,2014 a geek with spectacles walked in with this laptop.As soon as he entered he asked for my friend's WIFI password and started playing some random online fancy numbers game which I had no clue of. Around the beginning of 2013, a short time after finding out about Bitcoin and learning its in's-and-out's, I started a small website where I did tips on getting started with Bitcoin. I set up a sort of Support Desk with "walkthroughs", BTC giveaways, links to faucets, and many other things. After that got going I found this site where I started doing daily raffles and TwitterGames. Giving away BTC to new users in BTC0.1 and BTC0.01 increments with some larger prizes occasionally. Some of that Bitcoin was from the support of this great community by means of donations, which became necessary after the raffles and games got larger. I needed multiple bitcoin address to keep track of various "accounts" for the site and the giveaway games I did on here; donations in, prizes out, main wallet, cold storage, and some wallets for other ventures. It was great and I met some really awesome people who wouldn't have been able to get into bitcoin without the small (then small) raffles and information. I had to stop doing the site when life got in the way; I moved, then school, a job, a girlfriend etc. It was cool that the people on here donated/helped out to keep the raffles going and get newbies up to speed while the site was running at its peak. Unbelievably good times. This forum does some real good and I want to bring my small part of it back to the community. Albeit in much smaller increments now that BTC is worth way more than $45 a coin. Im having the same problem. I finally was able to log into my wallet and initiate a withdrawal but then it had some other error and reset to where i was getting the first error message again.

I knew some facts about Bitcoin but not too much. A while ago I was reading an article about the creator of Popcorn Time app (you know the Pirate Netflix hehe). He created it for his mother so she could watch movies and tv shows as easily as possible. The future is unclear to me right now. One thing I know for sure is that Bitcoin will have to start spreading more and find a niche. Bitcoins needs to establish as a standard for something. Perhaps for sending money overseas (replacing Western Union altogether). It seems to be very well received in the developing world so that would be a huge market. I mention this because it may come a time when Bitcoin will have to prove its value somehow or die. The technology is completely unique and innovative but it can become obsolete in the next years if the is no massive adoption and something new comes along. On the other hand, it grows year by year so we still can be optimistic about its future.

Hi kan here is my story.

It is a rainy day of July 2015 in Philippines when I started knowing bitcoin from a friend. I asked him what is that billion looking coin is?(because of the letter "B") Ohhh!! And where did I see that "B" coin?

"SparkProfit" a website in which you earn a little money by predicting different currencies and more. I started with PTC's (pay to click) sites, where they pay you a very little dollar, like a one of a hundredth in each click. That is really going to take you more time to get a dollar. Now, this friend of mine told me there is a better way of earning money. More faster and more opportunities. Then he started talking about faucets and some games who pay. I got so excited and boosted then I realized I am not stopping doing faucets. When I got payed in 2 days I saw my money in my bitcoin online stash I almost got a dollar in just some hours of faucets which takes 1-2 months in PTC's. That is awesome!!!

So I shifted. I stopped doing PTC's and started knowing more about bitcoin. Then he introduced me to this forum site where they pay you just by putting their advertisements in your signature. They pay you like a million satoshi's in a week for posting 50-100 comments and it will grow more when your account gets old. How awesome is that!!?

This forum didn't just made me some money but gave me more knowledge how bitcoin circulate. There are some problems but most people think positive and I love that.

I involved in Bitcoin last January of this year. Actually I just saw it in some ads last year and just ignored it. That was the time Im hooked at those PTC sites which now I realized, it's really a waste of time clicking ads everyday. Then I started to enter Bitcoin world. No one push me to enter. Im just curious that's why I like to test what's really in the world of bitcoin. Then I googled some ways to earn btc's. Of course, the number 1 and first method that newbies will known is thru faucet. Bitcoin wallets, faucets etc - I learned all this thru self study. My highest earnings in faucet that time is 0.02. Then eventually I seek if there's a bitcoin forum which can help me learn some new ideas to earn btc's. This time I found this forum. bitcointalk.org. I registered here last February 25 this year and the first section I visited is our own local section to speak freely with my fellow countrymen. They gave me new ideas to earn btc's. All of them help me. I enhanced and developed some of the methods and quite gave me an experience to hold more than a single bitcoin. Right now, Im learning bitcoin trading which gave me an idea now about reading some chart and making my own speculation which I found boring at first. Thanks to my mentor here in bitcointalk.

1.First time i know bitcoin was in 2011 but i did not took it seriously at that time and that's my greatest regret of life till now.I heard about it and i just ignored it.I am very sad if i just bought some of them then i would be in nice profit. :(

2.Bitcoin and me doesn't go very well.lol coz i lose more and more in gambling that it hurts now.sometimes i thought why i even earn money when i buy bitcoins from it to just gamble? I spend some time with psychtrist for gambling treatment too.

3.Bitcoin as everyone see in the past has always met the expectations and always rise in the end so i think the cost of 1 bitcoin will rise so much in the future that one day it will burst like a bubble and everything will go in vein and people will lose a lot of money.I hope that day never comes but it's my mind what thinks it.

1. My first encounter was deeply satisfying.
As a high school student I overheard a myriad of urban legends, yet one story stuck with me: the myth/legend of BTC.  Trading goods and gambling peer to peer? No paypal? COUNT ME IN! It was not until after leaving college in 2015 that the bitcoin curiosity had been permanently branded into my skull, and I knew working dead end jobs would not stop me from owning some.
I needed a place to buy bitcoin, no money?---- Faucets! Unfortunately this faction of giving something free to a customer and having them come back begging to work for it-- proved to be true and gambling on dice and slots with nano sized bets at bitstarz was fun, only temporarily fueling a growing obsession. Quickly the spring of ‘15 came by and went knowing that my bits are only bits.  A sense of urgency led me to gather up what courage I had to go deeply into my pockets for a ‘huge sum of $7.50’ and I used a bank related service to trade my hard earned fiat for digital crypto money-- A BEAUTIFUL THING. I deposited those 23mbtc and spun the wheels.  I hit 1 BTC halfway into my wagers.  My jaw dropped. 
Cashed out my winnings.  Called my friends, “Hey do you know anything about bitcoin?” :)
Bought a laptop on Newegg just as a commemorative token of the time I had won and traded Bitcoin for more of less the first time.

2. Bitcoin is very much a penny stock.  The ideas and concepts behind the stuff are ingenious and as a mathematics major I still don’t understand all of it-- still studying and looking into it too.  Basically I kinda estimate btc value after a rally by taking the difference of a hypothetical current maximum and the “before” market average, take 1/4th of that and put it on top of the “before” market average.  I think that the market value will approach that number.  Just a guess though nothing crazy just an idea.

3.The future of bitcoin.  Well I have a QR Code taped to the back of my iPhone.  Why? Because I’m awesome, and I give tribute to BTC to make my life more awesome. I think BTC is like an underdeveloped character in a book and as time passes it will get many more dimensions. We will just have to keep reading, won’t we?  So that means it may have its weaknesses, but such a great idea with “good” intentions, only its strengths will show.

i liked using bitcoin because it was so easy to setup the wallet and start using it, unlike other digital paments platforms like PayPal. then i started searching for more ways to earn more bitcoin and i found faucets as a good way at first but by time i felt that i wastet a lot of time for some pennies only . then i found BTC forum and i registered at first because i saw someone offered a captcha typing work and i wanted to join him , so that's my beginning


2- this month i earned around .25 BTC which is quite good amount of money when i exchenged it to my local currency, so yeah :D i can live on bitcoin. bitcoin provides me an easy payment system to get paid for my work without being worry about my country or verify an account. as PayPal  allows accounts from my country to send money only without recieving, bitcoin is my alternitave :D

3- i believe that the future of bitcoin depends on how many new users will start using it, if bitcoin become a mainstream after 5 years, i think the price may reach its peak and one bitcoin will worth more that 10K $.

Have you tried setting your device date to automatic? Some apps usually check that before executing any commands.
