I have a Malaysian paypal account that is verified with a VCC, but I'm not going to sell it though. Why don't you create a new US/Malaysian paypal account and get a CC/VCC to verify it instead? ??? Pretty much there is no 21 day holds lifted accounts since holds are placed by PayPal and can happen anytime. I would get a VCC or VBA and then just create it yourself. I buy most of my VCCs and VBAS from Aspkin forum sellers and Auction Essistance. They sell accounts, but I prefer to create my own as I know how the account is created. Just my personal preference.
