I have been planning to do this for a while and have done this in the hopes that it will be profitable for others to distribute these coins in their local markets just like the OP.
Realistically, I'm not sure too many people will be bothered much: for as long as I've been doing this, someone who orders a single coin from me with a $2 markup also pays $5 in shipping. It's better when somebody can order from someone in their local market and pay $5 in markup, $2 in shipping (or less!), and it gets there sooner and without worrying about customs. I still offer the same pricing as usual for my other more exotic items, as well as quantity buys of the small coins. For blanks I offer generic gold foil stickers that say nothing and have no holographic properties.
