Considering there has been similar scam attempts by BTCroll, dicebitco.in ,nearly coinut and some other sites, I'd highly advise you to use an escrow who will pay the participants for a payment period in case there is a late payment or etc.

As the head of fastdice.com, I would like to confirm that this is a authorised launch or fastdice.com Signature Campaign. As I am still working on getting my BCT cred up and cant post viewable pics yet, I cannot post the intro threads yet.

Proof of funds is one thing, but an escrow is there to actually deliver those funds in case something goes down the line.
Ofc its every campaigns own decission whether or not to use escrow, but I would support mexxer's proproal.

Yup

You should escrow some funds ( atleast 2 btc ), even tho you're not going to use them (you are sending directly to account balance at fastdice). When you close campaign, just return them from escrow.
That way at least participants in the campaign are safe from any possible issues that may or may not happen.
Think about it.

Please consider escrowing the funds at least partially. It isn't good enough to just say that because people will be paid directly into their accounts there's no need for an escrow (??). I offer my services as a partial escrow if you want them but there are plenty of extremely trusted escrows on the forum.

This is a very bad way to handle payouts. In the event that someone claims they did not receive their payout, or that they are unable to withdraw their earnings, then it would be impossible for you to prove that you actually paid them.

If you actually plan on paying participants then I would suggest that you pay directly to a BTC address of the participants choice.

As mentioned previously numerous times, you should have funds escrowed to protect participants of your campaign. Having funds guaranteed by escrow will help you attract higher quality participants, and will show that you are not simply looking for free advertising. I understand that you have 25BTC at 13qRqYA8hwrWDiAyvqYcTcijdGxpvMxGvi however, your lack of prior trust around here makes it so there is no guarantee that you will actually spend those funds

edit: I am also curious as to why exactly you withdrew BTC directly from LocalBitcoins in order to fund the address that is going to pay participants

I would rather get paid on my address directly btw.

How do you know that the address the people is giving you is an address generated on the website on generated on their local wallets? For example I gave you an address that I generated in my wallet to get paid directly so I don't have to withdraw. I don't really know what you are asking when you said "Bitcoin address" anyway. Im under the impression that a lot of people gave you addresses that they generated on their local wallets and not the site's wallets.

It is very well noted of your concerns but after I looked at the escrow, it was just making another link in the chain and the payouts looked like simple math. As we will do this ongoing I thought it would be better biz to encourage team to actually get a fastdice.com wallet for payout. From there they can bet or withdrawal and can get paid very fast (We will convert everyone to FD wallets soon)

If I feel that we do not get quality signature members, I take all feedback under advisement and may move your direction but for now I will let it go as it is currently. I will have a meeting with the campaign manager later today to get feedback on how it is going.

As far as LBC wallets being involved, The man with the money is a very savvy trader on LBC. He actually placed a statement that could be read by all.

What you did is correct and you don't have to worry for anything, regardless of which, the payment will be sent to your fastdice wallet (that's why I ask for your fastdice usernames) or worst case scenario, directly to your personal wallets... Unbelivable.this SFR10 guy tells me my account is poor quality and I deserve a ban, and because of this he won't let me in his campain.
I told him I don't agree with him, and my account has good quality posts.
He told me I should contact a staff member regarding the quality of my account and he will "prove" me that any moderator will have the same answer as his.

I have took my time and a staff member's time and send a PM to both regarding the issue.The moderator took his time and verified my posts quality and he clearly stated that my account quality is OK and for sure I don't deserve to be banned.

After all this he fuss, even after he was PMed by the moderator ( I have proof of this) he still replied to me "Did I forced you to do it? I told you," you could PM " but I didn't said " you should PM " "

This is a  joke, this guy just made me lose my time and a well-respected moderator of this forum percious time.

I've send the details to the owner and like I said before, due to the location he might be at sleep at the moment and payments should be processed early morning by his time tomorrow but in case I get any update about it, I'll update this post accordingly


Three new rules added:

15. The users shouldn't use their fastdice referrals on their signatures, If someone found doing so, 5 of their constructive post counts will be deducted.
16. We will kick out those who post 75% of their posts in 1 day. Post should be posted through out the weekly period.
17. We don't count posts that has less than 100 characters on them.

Not that it would be a problem regarding the character limit since on average, the users of this campaign, have around 200 characters but in case some would want to check the characters used on their post, you could use the following link: http://www.lettercount.com/

Lastly I almost forgot, from next week, post counts starts at 9 AM forum time so payments get processed in the same day, thank you :)

Hi SFR10 just a question: While the thread is closed and in "counting" status", if we are posting during that period do the posts still get counted for next week's? Can post become "lost" at all? I remember in another sig campaign I was at, they wouldn't count posts during counting period and some got lost and not included in the next week term which sucked.

Hello, as you can see above your post, the counting was finished couple of minutes ago (that's why the thread is unlocked now), if while posting at the same time , the end post count was affected by your post at the time I was counting then their counted for this week and if not, their counted for next weeks payment but in case your wondering if the posts would get lost somewhere along the way, No it won't, either it would be for this week or next week :)

Probably an error from the side who handled the payments, as in the screenshot (located on 2nd post of this thread), can be also seen that you should have been paid 0.022 only so an human error I guess.

Regarding the slots for Full Members, were slowly transitioning the minimum rank for our campaign from Full to at least Sr. so we will no longer accept new Full member participants other than those who are already with us and also If ever a Full Member leaves or gets kick out of the campaign, the spot will be given to a Sr. Member instead. :)

ouch!!! if the rates are already affected then why not increase the post limit to 80 ? could be a balance for the participants.

Rates will be affected, their not affected for this week. Increasing post limit to 80 will encourage participants to try to reach it and eventually leading to spamming the forum for earning more which is discourage at this campaign. everything is well calculated, the new rate is a minimal decrease of 0.0001 rate per post for Full/Sr./Hero which it's not that much considering the price increase and if you calculate the rate from when we started and the new rates, the price is still fairly a bit higher, even with new rates.

Totally agree with your decision but if possible could you increase the maximum posts threshold to atleast 70?You may not do this for all users but for a few good quality posters you can review the posts and set the post limit right ?

I'm telling this because I've seen in the past that even high quality users, get tempted to make unnecessary post just in order to maximize the earnings due to a high limit of post getting counted and that is what we discourage here. Hello, care to read the title of the thread, the 2nd post of the thread, the campaign sheet and even few post above to see if there's any spot before applying with out even putting some effort to actually read what's the condition of the campaign your applying?

It's ok... That was our initial limit of members but due to the increase in Bitcoin value, we decided to make the limit of the users smaller so as result we don't have to lower the rates again which we have done once so far. It was also discussed on few post above that even though some left, why we didn't open new spots. Thanks

If you read the page 1st post and the campaign rules properly,they don't accept Jr Members only Full Members +.

I've received a notice from one of the devs for some time that someone has multiple accounts and has used two voucher codes that was destined to be for two different accounts (Multiple account user) and were doing some more investigation even though we already have a idea who is using multiple accounts already (Just for further confirmation) and will post some proofs and kick those two user accounts (same person) out of the campaign. Will update this post later on.


Note: After kicking those two users, there won't be still an open spot so to those who will think there will be, I'm sorry but there won't be any spot open since were trying to balance the budget at the moment, thanks.

Hi, i have received the voucher and it was correct, but I can't withdraw, it says:

"This value should be a valid integer." when I enter a value in the "Amount to Withdraw (BTC)" box

This is strange because I have withdraw for weeks without any problems

If I enter full numbers like 1, 2, 3 whatever, it doesn't give me the "This value should be a valid integer." but if I put 0.02  or anything with a "." on the value then it gives me the error..

I use Tor because anyone not improving their privacy when dealing with bitcoin stuff is crazy, so anyway, i was able to play some games in this site and withdraw worked but not recently for some reason, I even enabled javascript and enabled everything so privacy its at minimum but it still gives me that message about integer number.. weird

Unfortunately were shifting from the least rank of Full Members to the least rank of Sr. Member for our campaign so only those Full Members who were with us since the beginning remained in the campaign, have spots here.

Hi, do you take notice of when people get promoted or do we have to tell you in here? Because in that case, I also got promoted to Hero Member this week.

Mostly I do check at the same time I do the post count but if someone get's promoted in the middle of the week, then usually their the one who tell me and I leave a note in the sheet for them so at start of the next weekly period, they be among the upgraded ranks.
