This is in addition to their trading fees (if they have any, I am not sure if they do). I do not know of any other exchanges that do anything like this for bitcoin/crypto withdrawals. I would suggest that you take this into consideration if you are considering to desposit any bitcoin with them.

They have a solid reputation on the forums and have run a long running signature campaign and thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=874312.0;topicseen They offer credit cards, mining options, unfunded orders and an exchange but you can find out more information on their thread and reviews, accounts are phone linked so security wise and age wise it's fairly safe in my opinion.
