Title: Make a Bitcoin Faucet using "Blogger" (Google's blog service)
Post by: Klarck on November 30, 2015, 09:47:05 PM
Guys, i know the basics of HTML e CSS, the basic enough to build a bitcoin faucet website (name, description, buttons, background, inputs, etc.) except by the external things like the captcha system, and the thing that make people wait to claim again, and since i'm noob and don't know even how to host a website or something like that, i was thinking about using Blogger to make the faucet, since it is possible to use google ads on there, i need someone who actually knows about that to tell me if it's possible (i don't know anything about PHP, JS, and stuff like that). But have in mind i want to make the faucet the more simple as possible, no lots of anti-bot links and that kind of annoying stuff, just the btc adress input, the captcha, the thing that tells "come back in X minutes for more" and obviously the one that prevents him from doing it again, like "you already claimed, you must wait X minutes", and the thing that send my bitcoin to their adress and shows a message saying the btc was sent and etc, and the thing that tells when the faucet runs out of balance, that's all.

I don't think that blogger.com allows you to create php content and mysql databases, I could be wrong, but I am prety confident it doesn't. Hosting a website is really easy, when u purchase a domain or get a free one, u can set the nameservers of the domain. When U buy hosting then u get a dns(domain name server) provided. So point your domain to the dns that u got from hosting and then upload files in the hosting and your website is ready :)

U can ask for help through PM if you don't understand it!

perhaps by blogspot you can make Rotator coin, but if you still want to make a faucet, you should have hosting and domain first. because the faucet can not be run on blogspot

Rotators are nice too... but i don't know if i can get as much traffic as a faucet, you know, if i make a faucet people would use it because no matter how many faucets they know, more faucets means more btc, but rotators are just tools, i don't know. I use scanthebox.com to get btc on faucetbox, the site is not perfect, many faucets are scammers, some just doesn't work, and there's even some that are other rotators! but the worst thing is that some faucets keep showing again and again when you already claimed instead of show only when it's available. Also there's landofbitcoin.com (it's not perfect too, i had a reason to move to scanthebox), i guess half the people that use faucets know that rotator, so... what do you think?

I ended up using my domain on hostinger to make the faucet, it didn't seem to be possible with Blogger (but if anyone ever do it please tell me how), it looks like everything is right, here's the result: http://www.cryptobox.esy.es/ it's not working yet, i'll add balance on the next days.

You will need to add ads from adsense, almost all faucets have adsense.
But to get approved for adsense, u need to have much content, so I suggest you to make some content about what is btc, is it safe and that sort if things so u get easier approved in adsense.

99% are adsense faucets

you better not continue if your using free for hostinger i have once created my faucet and use free hosting from  hostinger but it is really a bad idea once you accumulate more traffic hostinger will temporarily close your site for 24hrs so your faucet is not running for 24hrs then your site will be open again then will be close again so free hosting is really a bad idea i suggest you to find services in this forum that provides cheap hosting.
regards

I was in the same boat. Do know enough of HTMl and CSS.

php/mySQL no clue.

I got a 88cent domain extension on namecheap. bought shared hosting for 10 dollars a year.

found this scrypt: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1871667.0

Just had to change the css and html.

Now works perfect direct pay to FaucetHub.

Help file for the scrypt is short and simple.

and what i made with the scrypt: http://freebitcoin.club , http://freebcc.org and http://easybitcoin.space (the last one has a pop-up and not gonna keep that faucet)

BTCHello,
I am programmer with lots of skills. Six month ago I found the faucet earning system. I didn't know this type of system existed. But I am a crypto enthusiastic, so I tried to explore the earning some crypto without mining. As you know crypto mining is not profitable and some cloud mining doesn't give much. At first I thought run a faucet site with free scripts. But later I decided to code that shit of my own. So I did. Now my faucet is available for claim. And I tried to support multiple coins, so my faucet supported bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, monero and doge coin.
Anyone with the faucethub account can claim directly from my faucet. My site has three option Regular high paying faucet with a single claim, auto faucet with 1 minute interval send some coins automatically and the express giveaway 15 minute timer faucet.

GO AHEAD, HAVE A TRY: http://[Suspicious link removed]/faucethut
