You could use the exchange Intersango, but as far as I know they not support Moneybookers for withdraws.
They do support SEPA (wiretransfer) though. Perhaps this helps you a bit?

You need to trade into Euro's and then make an international wire transfer. Intersango don't have any working UK bank accounts at the moment.

Login to Intersango.
Click on 'Buy/Sell' on menu bar.
Select the Euro flag.
Trade your bitcoins for Euro's.
Click on 'Accounts' on menu bar.
Select 'Withdraw funds' on the Euro account.
Fill in 'WITHDRAW VIA SEPA TRANSFER' form. You will need your IBAN and Bic codes.

Don't forget to check the status page first to verify SEPA withdrawals are working!

You can't, registration for new users is suspended. Sorry, I assumed you already had an account.

Apparently their UK withdrawals are down at the moment but should be up again soon, might be worth contacting them.

Sure.  I'll buy your BTC for 5% below spot for Moneybookers.

How many do you have.

Just for future reference, you can also trade to and from MoneyBookers using VirWoX:

But there were better offers here from others.
