And will you be using escrow? Strictly speaking it may be possible OP's account has several addresses with funds. The one shown on the image could be only one of those. Of course I don't think that's the case and the simple fact OP tries to pass a screenshot (even if it were real) as proof instead of signing a message raises a big red flag. I wouldn't recommend anyone dealing with him. I'll remove my feedback if OP proves funds properly with a signed message.
