It sounds unreal, but this might just happen in the future. This was done with regulations in regards to unlicensed firearms in many countries and people still had these unlicensed weapons. Of course the Greek government can take away individual's wealth, or they can tax them out of it to attempt to save their country. The government just needs to know how much they will be able to tax.
