You mean wroniewicz (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=389594), right?
After just a quick look of your latest posts (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=389594;sa=showPosts) I see you like posting one-liners without too much added to the conversation. I guess that's why you got banned.
Anyway you must see a message when logging in with that account, what does it say? "Insubstantial posts"? Does it say how long you're banned? You should just patiently wait for the period to be over and then improve your post quality.
Also posting on Beginners & Help (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1269516.msg13129956#msg13129956) won't help, your ban could be extended for ban evasion. You may want to delete that one.

you need to post this in meta to solve the issue, you were probably posting off-topic stuff or low level post with signature campaign

talk with the mod, and see if there are chances to reduce the ban time

p.s. now that i've looked, you were without sig, it seems more a case of rank farming...

I've deleted it already. OP take that as a warning. If you continue posting outside of Meta you will be permanently banned.

Sorry wroniewicz, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com .

The way you post look like it just fine with you. Kindly wait for the period and it will be fine.

Even you posted here that "insubstantial" case can't be lifted quickly IMO so all you must to do is just wait.

He got a permanent ban mate. Look carefully at the ban message of your post. If no timer is given in the ban message then thats a permanent ban.
All he can do is appeal if he thinks that the ban was unfair.
As everyone already explained about his/her post quality so i will be impossible for him to get his account back.

Even if his post quality is awesome and the ban was unfair then that might take at least 2 months to get any response from the administrative level because of poor handling of ban issues.
So either avoid spam posting or forget your account after ban. May be you can try your luck by appealing but you need a very solid proof to show them that the ban was really Unfair which is not in this case in my opinion

Google translate could be your best friend. The words account and banned are not the most difficult because you see them everywhere here on the forum. Use the digital world especially when it's free to use.

It hurts my fucking eyes just to read the OP here.  No loss to the community whatsoever that wroniewicz is banned.  Go post in the polack section with your new account.

Or maybe we just ignore this garbage when we see it.

Thanks for clarification..

Well Im assumed it has a period since OP didnt state it before I posted (Im using mobile so I think Im typing while he done his post then after I post and got a prompt of new reply, I still continue to post my post). And the way he posted is just like its fine to him.

Anyways out of the topic now.

True. Such appeals should be taken as garbage but their are also other other Fair appeals which are mixed in the garbage and are dealt as garbage instead of any response
At least there should be any type of bulk replies to garbage appeals by marking them so they wont try again and again
Many people here suggests to appeal every week to get their appeal shown if lost. Why ? Because of no reply from the administrative level about their appeals
Because it only takes 2 minutes to make a appeal they always try to try their luck in thought their account might be unbanned

Eh you know, I'm still not clear what happens when you create a new account to make a ban appeal(from the same IP ofc), does it have the perma-ban limitations as well? Asking this question, what exactly are the perma-ban limitations? Cause OP already seems to have made another post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1273168.msg13130198#msg13130198
And yeah, reaaaal bad grammar.

Correct. I've removed it already. Needs a permanent ban.

Or maybe we just ignore this garbage when we see it.
It is time.

I never understood how some people even behind computer screens where we can't see their identities don't have any shame and don't ask themselves what are people thinking while reading what I am posting and what they think of my English?

Internet has really given too much freedom to many people out there. Trust me guys, I would never post if my English wasn't good enough or I don't have anything smart to write about. And English is not my first language!

And yeah, reaaaal bad grammar.

Gets banned again, and if original ban was temporary, it's extended, possibly permanent (depends).

Yup but seeing that OP was in fact able to post message means that there are no post limitations even while being perma-banned right?
Edit: Maybe I missed the recent updates or something, but should a edit show up a dotted line in my post time?
