According to Fedex shipping calculator, a random zip code in Houston, TX, and a declared value of $400 for the package, shipping will be around $50.
Escrow is OK, as long as you pay the fees. I would prefer no escrow since I plan on selling the BTC ASAP. I will leave this thread open for a bit longer to see if there are any other offers.
