Title: bitinstant order help, solved thanks Post by: megaBNGF on November 23, 2012, 02:43:41 PM Hello, I placed order with bitinstant on Thursday. It shows completed but I have received nothing, and there is nothing in the blockchain.
I have tried to contact support, maybe its because of Thanksgiving, I also tried msging on the blog but no response. Fixed thanks!!! Title: Re: bitinstant order help, no support response?? It's been almost 24 hours now and getting worried.
*** UPDATE *** Turns out there was a technical problem transferring my funds, but the support staff contacted me via email and got the issue resolved fairly quickly. 36 hours later I have the coins in hand, on a weekend no less. Very pleased with Bitinstant.
