The US, though it has many other problems, is actually one of the few 1st world countries that do not require logging by law (assuming my understanding is correct). Do they mention anywhere what information they store on their users and for how long? They do not log at all it is in their FAQ. As for the information they store, I talked to them they store your billing and account information obviously but nothing else. So if someone really wanted to they could tie you to having an account with them and presumably the services you are subscribed to also, but that wouldn't mean anything since there are no logs.
