Yes that will be excellent if you can accept escrow when the customer needs, because refusing customers for using escrow simply makes you even more suspicious even if you are not a intended scammer. Refuse escrow, only deal with escrow with this member. As far is i know, you dindt decline the offer you decline the escrow service. Always use escrow when dealing with this member.
