Title: Muhammed Zakir owes me some btc[RESOLVED]
Post by: chronicsky on December 06, 2015, 07:38:07 AM
EDIT : I have myself been quite busy and forgot to update that i had received a messaged from MZ around before 25th December stating that he is busy with life and would repay me soon.
Though i have tried calling him several times after that to see only that his number is off.....

Hope he returns soon...

Thanks everyone for help, appreciate it!!!

He took some Interest free loans from me here n there sometimes via Skype , cos he has been a good friend here for long , i never doubted and sent him without any problem and he would return after a month or so...

He took 0.16 BTC from me on 19th September
https://blockchain.info/tx/afe13b4bef78fd4e1e7cb03149fca6908e731f401df2a7b6ee1dd3a628d98529

https://i.imgur.com/kvHO3Cb.png
It's been so long , i have tried calling his mobile which is off and have messaged him here and on Skype...

I don't say that he will scam me , i trust him on that... But though i haven't seen his post lately, i do see his last seen which says a day ago..

So does anyone know's where he is ? IS he Okay?
Hope he is fine!

Regards Sky

May be , he is too busy in his real life. So, he can't spend some time on forum.  I will try to contact him for you and inform him about your issue. Hope, he will reply soon.

I don't say that he will scam me ,
Heh, why is it on scam accusation then? BTW I think Zakir is trustable enough to not scam for fractions of coins

The main question is that his last seen shows him as to be online last day

The main question is that his last seen shows him as to be online last day

He does seem to have been online a couple of days back.

My advice is just to give this issue a little more time.

Look where the coins went -> https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/196iuZmyMK9obsL65jmbQkxS3HNXxFv8KH/transactions/out/0

Looks like a mixer or exchange to me.

Are you sure it was Muhammed Zakir[1] and not someone else? Its the skype from their profile, but:

If you look at that address on blockchain.info, you will see that he has sent BTC to that address 1MZakirz.... multiple times, so I think it is safe to say that the address is likely owned by an exchange/service that he uses. Or if it is an imposter (less likely) he will at least know who is impersonating him.

I do find it somewhat strange that he has been so inactive as of recently. It looks like he had posted several times in mid September, then once in October to confirm receipt of a loan repayment, and nothing since. This is verses him being extremely active for a good part of the rest of the year.

Maybe he found other interests.

I find it rather weird too. He was quite a nice guy when I communicated with him various times throughout my Bitcointalk life. I returned his loan that I owed him for sometime and he never seemed to have moved it (https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/address/1MZakirz92c76pK6BNy1NAEmbWYpDcP7mh/transactions). He didn't respond when I PMed him during the last few days before my loan repayment. It could be possible that he is either busy or his skype got compromised.

Edit: The amount that is in his address is exactly the same as the amount that OP was owed. MZ wouldn't have much trouble repaying the loan.

That was my miss understanding . Because , that scammer is a different one and using the name of that person whom i know as per my concern. But i done a deal with him , so i just post my opinion about him.

Note : I am quite busy with my studies , so don't have much time to make posts these days. Just take a small brake of 2 hours to relax. Made just 13 posts last week bcoz of a load of studies for your kind information

sorry for my english.
link dedicate not for you, but voucher @letyouearn .

from you skype screen I not see for how long (timeframe) you grant loan.
and when you contact them for a repaid?

and I not post random,I am here because my activities closely related to its.

if this not scam accusation, (since you not want use scam report format https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0 )
that would be more appropriate move to reputation thread IMHO

other interests not affect the obligations, even more reply to lender

I think it is a good policy to remove a negative rating after someone repays an old debt in order to give them an incentive to make good on bad debts and to pay other money owed. The neutral warnings should serve as a warning to others in case he were to try to borrow money again in the future.

I see your point.

In my opinion: an honest and trustworthy person would not need an "incentive" to pay their debt.
They would pay their debt no mater what..... since it is in their nature to do so.

Um, did I get the wrong impression or did someone pay MZ's debt for him?  It sounded like that's the way it happened and if that's the case the trust ought to stay as it is.  What a weird situation, he was so trusted before all this.  Something must have happened.

Edit:  Nevermind, I misread shorena's post.  Still, it's too bad.
