You might as well want to add more details like the posters's trust or how many trades he has done before on ebay.I have a ebay account which I used to sale my used stuff but hasn't sold more than 3 items.Will it do ? Moreover I'm not from the US.

100+ sales , he will post random stuff as chines phone and other tthings , i  need US ebay account .

We all can open eBay account from the country your living. When account needed from the Netherlands we possible can have a conversation.

I have a US ebay account but is there any risk for my ebay account by posting these items for sale?

I'd like to know the risk to my account as well.  I give excellent customer service (I don't sell a lot but my account is 11 years old and has >800 positive feedbacks and is 100% positive) and I wouldn't even consider risking my reputation by selling lousy products.  You say your stuff is going to be from Alibaba--is it Chinese fake stuff or low-quality stuff?

what happens if the buyer wants to return the item or
they file a chargeback. When paypal tracks it to show
proof of delivery wont they wonder why its being shipped
from a random country and not from your region? just worried
I could end up losing cash.
