He wants me to send additional btc for the only card he says he has the $100. Refuse escrow as well.

I dislike people that rip others off to I think u guys are kinda mixing things up, and confusing a scammer with been from a foreign Country, i'm pretty sure most scams are from U.S people at least on this forum ... Anyway u shouldn't be buying gift cards is too risky, even from a trusted member, so many things can go wrong and u don't have enough evidence to prove the opposite IMO.
