Only thing you can do is try to resend clearer images of the documents they requested and hopefully its verified next time.

Kraken should offer at least some kind of compensation for you. I've never had problem with kraken. In the land of bitcoin services, they have the fastest support I've ever sene.
But yes 7 weeks passed to fix such a simple problem, that is unaccepted. So i can't blame you for making such a thread. |
